I'm an American and I can't think of anyone who actively listens to him on purpose. It's usually a song that came on radio and they'll turn it down and try to ride it out for 3 minutes. I've been in gyms and watched men try to change the radio for an r&b love song instead. That or try to hook up their phone playlist.
