Sorry we couldn't add flame choke, something weird with how command grabs work and we can't edit them or add them to characters. But there were just enough animation slots to fit wizkick onto side special

This is what I wish ganondorf was actually like. Obviously toned down somewhat, but I want him to be more of a mage instead of a brawler
I feel like Ganon just needs a couple tweaks to be perfect. For one, a projectile like stage 1 of his boss fight in Ocarina of Time.

Best idea I've seen is taking his current moveset, slapping it on black shadow from f zero to keep the fun of his current moveset alive, and then completely overhauling Ganondorf himself

He would easily be the best character in the game with almost unavoidable kill confirms at super low % without any setup. Both his down b and neutral b have a feature added where it sucks in the opponent and the up-b out of shield would be insane. His side b being replaced with that kick is also insane to punish shields with a kill confirm. He would be smash 4 bayo.

@@FedoraKirb Cloud's limit was nowhere near that good... but honestly, he would still probably beat this Ganon. Cloud was cracked in 4. Up air finishing touch killed at probably around the same percent it does for most of these modded moves.

It’s interesting how you need it to be on Cloud’s character somehow for the limit feature to work yet his base is still on Ganon. I guess there’s a lot you can change about a character’s moveset. Anyway really love what you did here. It’s really fun, cool, and impressive

I loved Ganondorf's custom moves. Flame Chain was his best approach option available.

That’s exactly what I thought as well.
Flame Chain was super unsafe on block and all you had to do to avoid it was to jump. 4 Dorf has zero air control and is way too slow.

Now this is the Ganondorf we should've had. Not nearly this overpowered, but this movement and speed with the power is so nice to look at for Ganondorf as a character
Honestly, they could just give him a mechanic that is like an adrenaline gauge, and he wouldn't become overpowered, just decent/good. When it fills up, he gets boosted speed, strength, and jump height, but it will end upon the use of a Special, which is enhanced. Makes him more tactical and reserved, like a "Demon King" who has been plotting his vengeance and takeover of the world should be.

@@gasket1752 and unlike other characters, they could just make it so that it charges in the background, without any way to manually charge it (like with I'm pretty sure every other Smash character that has some form of meter). It could be a passive charge that ties into taking damage and using moves, where it of course, charges faster for comeback purposes.

Ganon would gain meter passively
Upon landing attacks, or taking damage, the meter will increase by a margin.
The higher Ganon's percent, the faster the rate (or in Stamina, based off of percent of max HP)
Being hit generally will grant a higher gain than landing a hit.
Special Attacks will be split into two Varieties, and a few modes. In the Air and On the ground, as well as whether it is Damage, Knockback, or Movement oriented.
Grounded
Neutral B High Damage, Moderate Knockback, Slow like the Warlock Punch, but larger ranged
Side B, High Movement, High Knockback, it becomes more like Ridley's Side B, Ganon focusing on flinging his target. As an added benefit, you can angle it, and the target will take slightly extra damage if they run into something (but it could be teched).
Down B, High Movement and Damage, The Warlock Kick becomes a series of hefty sweeps, but lack the force that would send a target soaring
Up B, Low Movement, But High Damage and Knockback, the Grab leads into a spike while not connecting the grab has a sour spot that will damage the target heavily.
Aerial
Neutral B The Warlock Punch is used like a cannon, allowing the user to boost off of a high powered blast. Ganon deals damage on contact and the blast itself has high knockback. However, only the blast deals good damage, and activating it too late will not help you reach the platform, as it will force him into a free fall.
Side B, Ganon's leadup into the grab begins to uppercut toward the end, allowing him to gain height and increase range at the end. He also does not slam down if he makes contact, only throwing his opponent downward in a form of "semi-spike". You can angle the throw so that the opponent bounces away, so you can recover with a bit of ease.
Down B, Ganon's Warlock kick barely changes, however, with an interesting change through a Sweetspot. If the Sweetspot lands, he also kicks off of his target, allowing him to safely recover.
Up B, with extreme movement potential, Ganon practically flies into the air briefly, losing the grab in exchange for a multi hit ram attack. An enemy hit with the attack will be dealt residual damage for a short amount of time, until the attack itself is finished and Ganon is falling.
Maybe a bit ambitious, but considering you can only use one with each charge, it makes you choose wisely.

It would absolutely need to be balanced but a mechanic like this could definitely work for Ganon. It’s fitting, seeing as he holds the Triforce of Power. Maybe instead of a limit gauge, he fills up his piece of the Triforce.
