I've had over 80 jobs no lie. I've trained countless employees to do a multitude of jobs. Kindness goes a long way. Instead of yelling if you just talk to people and see how they learn best, they would learn faster. I now own my own Pizzaria, you never have to deal with angry unorthodox managers and bosses. Screw those guys. I have high iq but because of the way I look every boss treated me like Lenny from of mice and men. Now I make more than any of those a holes. Hahaha I love it. Rarely, he actually does. Usually he just gets really frustrated, that's just who he is. its nice that his friends dont take stuff personally or feel bad after he yells at them. That's never ever his aim, he just gets mad pretty easily.
