Bail Bond Battle

The plaintiff says after her son was first arrested, she co-signed on a bail bond. The plaintiff was billed for another bond when her son was arrested for a second time, so she’s suing him. The defendant admits he has been in and out of trouble, but he’s trying to get back on his feet so he can pay back his mother.
