“the best pokémon trainers to ever play the game” but the goat ctc is noticeably absent….
even goats need to rest
He also said “among” the best, so not necessarily the 100% best
Not only did Edgar say “bind” but he got 800 points for it too
The bind incident will have ripple effects on the universe
blunder was 100% right with wide guard
Agency was robbed man
I don't think being under wide guard is what semi-invulnerable means as there's hundreds of moves that would still hit you, whereas semi invulnerable is defined generally as invulnerable to most moves and is part of a two-turn attack. Wide guard is only a one turn attack.
@rhodacious idk my first reaction to that is that it fits the definition of semi vulnerable perfectly in a different way. it blocks a specific set of moves which sounds good to me
@@mikaelcrucible protect makes you semi invulnerable
@@mikaelcruciblesemi-invulnerability is a technical term in Pokémon, applying to the mostly invulnerable turns of Fly, Shadow Force, etc. and here it’s capitalized, so it probably means this
However if you wanted to take a more general definition you’d 100% be right
18:21 The ESL Option select from Edgar here is CRAZY.
The final jeopardy was fun, it reminds me there was another episode that had a final jeopardy where they all worked together to solve it, but i dont remember which one that is
12:23 I was astounded by the decisions of my opponent, it gave me brain damage and I choked.
The GOAT is here and not even in the title? The Agency investors might pull out of this if it doesn't get fixed asap
The FTC is investigating me. I cannot take such risks
@@chimpact you seed what you sower i guess
(yeah feel free to use this in the Saying category next time)
Chimpact is in every Chimpact video, wym?
goat lineup? i never clicked so fast
never forget we lost a ctc blunder aim lineup, thats the only way to get it better
@@pikminman13 true, rip lost jeopardy
What happened?
Oh, I thought "An excuse for why the better player [you] lost" would be "RNG", but I guess the correct answer has to have a degree of saltiness to it
Oh I thought it was lag lmfao
wrong game
that unusual starts and ends category was dirty
This episode is fire. The categories were all super fun 🔥
Blunder made this more funny than it had any right to be
The big problem with zoom lens is it only works AGAINST the poiemon that moved first. So if your opponent pivots with U-turn or volt switch it doesn’t boost (I’m like 99% sure lol)
Blundino was robbed !! GG, chimp 😂😂
that final jeopardy was tricky
12:05 I'm gonna give myself the points for RNG. it's basically the same thing as hax and is also 3 letters
Technically it’s not a 3 letter word it’s an acronym
6:31 i said marowak🧍♂️
This is an excellent ALT answer.
It's 100% Kofu not Kobu. As the worst gym leader of that game i think i have it memorised
I popped off at home for getting the solrock one lol
JUSTICE FOR BLUNDER ON THE WIDE GUARD ANSWER, LET HIM COOK!
I’m actually surprised I knew the final jeopardy. Jimmothy cool viewer knowledge coming in handy.
Great lineup and great episode
Reusing my Poképuns from the single digit episode days, based :D
Sceeezor!
The more atrocious part of giving Edgar points for saying Bind is that he didn’t just get 600, for some reason he got 800 😅
Considering the difficulty, how many where about games I haven’t played, and my lower actual time spent playing Pokémon , I am satisfied with my accuracy
17:16 Magnezone would probably like zoom lens to go with its Analytic
For exclusively thunder, basically
The background music is giving me conniptions, because the synth loop sounds like the bridge from GlitchXCity's lo-fi Lillie remix, but for _minutes on end,_ and I kept waiting for it to come back up, but it just never did aaaaaaaaaaa
AGENCY AGENCY. Finally Blunder Jeopardy!
17:20 in a monotype tournament I had a min speed Escavalier with zoom lens, I never missed megahorn and thus won the tournament so your argument about the item being useless is invalid
Poké puns 🔥 category
I thought the trap was Magneton not Bisharp lol
Legendary casting this episode
Editor went off btw, excellent work
7:45 cannot accept wide guard
triple battles existed in gen 5. that would make 3 Pokemon semi-invulnerable, but the answer says 2
Even if it's not the center Mon?
Untrue, because there are conditions where Sky drop renders even 0 or 1 single mon invulnerable if you put it like that. The matter is making the statement true, not always true
From my point of view this is not the issue. The issue is that wide guard doesn't give "semi-invulnerability" it gives protection against multi target moves. The sime invulerable state is very specific to a handful of moves, all are charged attacks.
@@etiennemarion1467 semi invulnerable means that it makes the user not effected by some moves while other hits it. Two turn semi invulnerability moves might fit your description
I got 3 replies so I'm gonna respond to them all here
1. Any situation where it would guard 3 Pokémon would make it incorrect
2. There are conditions where wide guard would fail and give no Pokémon semi-invulnerability, so by that logic neither it nor sky drop are correct
3. Semi-invulnerability makes a Pokémon invulnerable to some moves, not all. Because the move makes it invulnerable to some moves, without any external effects or abilities allowing the user to bypass protect, it makes the Pokémon semi-invulnerable
need blunder and ctc on again
good video
"malamar"
duraludon was an answer for final
What website or app did you use to make this jeopardy?
Is Pory2 not OU in gsc?
Was porygon2 ou in its debut generation?
I guess not without eviolite?
I think Blunder's voice changer broke
I wouldve said rng for the reason i lost
Zoom Lens Magma Storm Heatran
👍
Gar
What program do you use to make these?
Chimp I like your style and I see what you’re doin. The ONLY things separating these videos from getting 6 and 7 figure views is you need a better mic. And maybe more flashy and engaging editing to stimulate genZ attention span👌 And maybe guests who have really good banter. Just my opinion🏄
i would watch every video 17 times if ctc and blunder were in all of them
