Why prepared Local houses and in local areas, Kano is like every other Nigerian states with it's good areas, well town planning and and I'm sure now you knew that.
Through your blog I found that the area your working place were around Hotoro, in Hotoro I believe there are areas or estates preferably that will mach your needs.
I wasn't see the reason behind all the flits, I believed the land agents in Kano used asked their clients the type of House they're looking for, instead for you to choose from the finest one you ended up for the ones you shown in here. That might be your status wasn't reached to the finest ones. Thanks and congrats!
Well, I explained what I wanted to each agent before we went to inspect the houses and I realized that my perspective of a decent house is different from theirs. The ones in Hotoro GRA you mentioned didn’t have self contain apartments. They were more family type of houses and over 1m in rent price.
I eventually got one that was decent enough to live in and took it.
This houses are something else🤣🤣🤣🤣
