Kakashi can use 100% of his chakra and post-Fourth Great Shinobi War skills without siphoning off the chakra to keep using the Sharingan. There's no way Koji makes it out alive. It would be a tough fight, but there's no way Koji wins. Especially if Koji has Jiraiya's intelligence, Kakashi can use his intellect and outwit Koji.
