How To Limit Search Results in WordPress

  • You can limit your search results to a specific post type in WordPress. By default when you try to find something, you realize WordPress will search through the entire site including pages and posts, but what if you wanted to search only within your blog or a certain post type? Yes, you can do that very easily and I'm going to show you how in this video.

    Excellent!! I use the castos plugin in WordPress for my podcasts so I should be able to use your suggestion to search all of my podcasts as well?

    HI @Mistergeko, For this search page i want this page initially to be loaded empty and onc user searches something, only then results shuld be displayed, Please help me to achieve this.
