Mulder/Duchovny is right: Seth's Trump *is* the best! It somehow seems more true than other impressions that aim to merely reproduce his voice. Seth has the cadence right, and just things I can't put in words. That 'Meeeeel??' gets me every time. So freaking funny. Seth also does a fantastic Bernie that is bang on for cadence and content as well. It's just fantastic, and I'm so glad that he will keep having reasons for playing him. His McConnell is pretty good too, but I hope he will have no reason to keep portraying him much longer...

If the meat looks done, but you're still worried, microwave it for about a minute. It'll come out cooked through, but not tasting microwaved.
That’s my approach as well. Our microwave is surprisingly efficient and great for that, unlike our stove where cooking chicken but not coming off as so worried the rest of my family start getting anxious is a whole scientific feat.

Worst thing you can do to any meat is microwave it for ANY period😂.Unless taste and texture don't matter at all. Also admitting to a pretty spectacular level of incompetence. It is very easy to learn how to properly cook meat, just actually attempt to learn it, instead of always guessing. Just lazy

I am quite scared of cooking meat too and chicken in particular after I suffered a mild food poisoning because of undercooked chicken I failed to roast properly.😱😱😱😱

Instant read small probe meat thermometer. $12 on Amazon. Whole bird measure between thigh and carcass. Bone in cuts measure thickest point to the bone. Fillets measure 1/2 at thickest part. 165 degrees is recommended...but 155 on a roaster and 160 on all else is good enough. Meat gains 5-10 degrees after you remove from heat. Sincerely, Guy who has commercially cooked thousands of pounds of chicken with no complaints.....or vomiting.

Does anyone ever wish that some of Seth's interviews were "podcast" length? There are certain guests that he just has a real chemistry with and I'd like to see the interviews play out a lot longer. Like they could have easily done another 5-10 minutes on Seth's impressions. I know that'd it'd be sorta like asking Seth to adapt a book he wrote for TV, but still...
David and Seth's wife should invest in meat thermometers, to avoid carbon poisoning if nothing else. After I started taking my own food to thanksgiving meals (because food allergies) with relatives who overcook anything poultry related, I found that turkey could actually be moist (instead of shoe leather-like) and taste good without necessarily causing food poisoning.

Use a thermometer boys! Then no worries. Also, hard to overcook in an oven when sealed.
my dog is so traumatised by the fire alarm that I've ripped them out of the ceiling last year, and it has taken over 10 months to get her to the point where she isn't cowering in a different room because she can smell the oven on broil.
