I think an auto-perma ban shouldn't have been the go-to direction, especially for first time offenders. Like say the controller thing. Give players a warning the controller they sre using is against terms of service, give them a week ban, and let them correct the issue or face perma bans.
The real banned they should have is when you see in the All chat people selling platinum. Why haven’t these characters been banned. I see characters advertising the websites to buy platinum.
They do ban them, but since DI is free to play, all you need is a random email address. I can set up an email server right now in under an hour, with domain name, DKIM, and SPF records. Since i run the server, i can create as many emails as i want with that domain name.
As for people disputing charges they spent on a game, there is a way they can dispute it with the bank and 90% of the time win reason I can confirm that is because I work for a large bank and work in final disputes(have seen it all come across my desk)

For all the money we throw at Blizzard in Immortal, I think the least we could get in return is so decent customer service and issue resolution or disciplinary action reduction potential like a 1 month market suspension, or a 1 month Battle ground suspension, something other than a surprise ban hammer. We pay you good money, regularly, plus our time, it's taken a long time to get to 1135paragon, I remember when Lassal was hard and you needed a CR of at least 430 to fight him. He was the only heliquary boss. There use to not be a Heliquary or a warband

My buddy I’d a disabled vet like me. He had shoulder replacements and used his iPad and a PlayStation (legal) controller. He got banned no exclamation and he’s not a botter. It took us two weeks just for. Him to figure out discord. We both farm a lot and have our gear maxed and it BSwhat they’ve done
I just wish they tell people why they got banned, instead of replying auto answer and refusing to provide more information. We are losing at least 1 person every week in our guild because of that and I don't even know what to tell them why they got banned.

If the game automatically detected that a player broke rule #488 "Fishing in Shassar whilst in a party of 8 is not allowed", then their software could simply copy-paste this info into the automated email sent to the player. It's really just a matter of will, not so much a technical barrier. Blizzard doesn't care about providing good customer service, that's what it comes down to.
I totally agree with you 100%. What feels bad though is that for people that love playing on the phone but it hurts the hands and wants to use a controller but because there's a chance they can get perma banned mistakenly... I'd love to use a controller but I'm scared to even though it's allowed with specific brands... That doesn't feel good.
The problem is that there is people who don’t like phone close to there eyes so they use a controller to keep the phone not to close to you eyes that is why we play with controllers and some people can not get the controllers that are in the list also i have an eyes problem so it forces me to use controller i hope you read this message and thank you you are the best ❤
Blizzard could make a vague email with each specific statute that was violated. That would help people understand what is going on. My good friend was perma-banned recently and our clan almost all quit. We changed servers because we have high suspicions that a rival clan mass reported him. He did appeal his ban and got the vague message of no appeal. He used an app to be able to use a controller on his PC. This is where I think blizzard is seeing the app and not the controller and this “violates” the code of conduct. Just my 2 cents.
Yea. I have heard similar stories. I believe the app overlays and apps that modify how things work for controllers can be a part of the issue as well. But no one can be sure.
If the player that was banned was using an app to use the controller, the ban is a good one. Cause the third party app to use the controller might change things. I use a controller and i dont need any app to use. Its just a nintendo switch controller connected via bluetooth.
Like you I buy the $5 battle pass and boon of plenty I’m a senior on a fixed income. Due to health conditions I don’t risk going out in public for dinning or movies etc. This is my entertainment experience it is what I spend my meager entertainment budget on so if they took my investment of time and money with no stated reason beyond your banned my new source of entertainment would be contacting appropriate government services media anyone that might poke the bear with a stick with the intention of annoying them to extend they’ve annoyed me. PayPal froze my account when I was selling off my Lionel Train collection stating it looked like fraud even though my eBay was at 100% satisfied. Couldn’t even get ahold of a real person so I went on Californias government pages find appropriate agency told them my story 2 weeks later I had my money. If you are sure you did nothing wrong contact state government and make noise!

If you spent a considerable sum of real money in the game and they seize your assets without a stated cause I can see Blizzard getting their asses sued. Big companies lose in court all the time ECHO doesn’t matter what school their lawyers came from. Encouraging people to invest in the game then closing the players account without explanation placed in front of a jury making the determination sounds awful risky. Now if they have legitimate cause and they state the cause to the banned player that’s a whole different situation and it covers blizzards behind. But just banned with no cause presented they best hope I’m not on the jury because I would empty their brinks truck.
the first thing you have to realize is that the money you put in the game is NOT YOUR ASSETS. you don't own the game, you don't own your character, you don't own any of the gems that you paid for. It is all licensed to you to play their game, it's even in the term of service for every game. Even digital games YOU DON'T OWN them. NIntendo Game Store closed down digital games and DIDN'T REFUND costumers that couldn't access their single player games anymore. Playstation Store even got rid of your digital games/videos that YOU BOUGHT, with no refunds because YOU DON'T OWN ANYTHING. XBox Game Pass even does the same thing where they can rotate or remove games completely from your library even if you were playing it for just 2 hours, etc. No where in the world do YOU OWN ASSETS in a video game.
Plus it clearly states in the Tos they don't need a reason and they don't need to contact you. Only reason people play is because they think the Gms will do the right thing. But they only send out automated responses. If any.

They should make a bounty where if your character is not moving for 5 minutes then a monster only targets you. you don't get any rewards for it if it kills you then everyone on the server gets a reward.
They had acid that spawned around the feet of afk farmers after 5 mins. It immediately killed your character. It was removed from the game after only a few weeks. No idea why.
@@xrisku the poison gas is still going on our server until now and its random but I think the first poison gas is around 10mins. Take note it happens when you don't move from your location not because you are afk farming. You will still get the poison gas even if you're actually playing the game but not moving. We call this spot farming which is a lot more efficient than the normal farming method because you can clear multiple monster spawn locations almost at the same time instead of having to walk individually to each monster spawn.
Regardless, you don’t permanently ban people without clear reason for banning them. The right way would be to give 3 strike ban. My account that i worked hard for was banned without a reason. They send a generic message of list of possible reasons for ban, to which none applied to me. It’s a stupid thing to do.
Players taping the attack button down while going AFK is against Blizzard’s policy…. If you not present at the game while your character is killing things, that is against Blizzard policy. Lets keep that in mind. The “Follow” feature in the game will not let you attack something while following…. As soon as the character attacks, it will cancel the follow feature. Following is not illegal…. Attacking things while the player is not present is illegal.
As for WC, I know someone on my original server who got a 2 week mute on WC & party chat for something he said on WC. He could still send direct pm's in-game. He knew precisely what it was, tho he would not share it with me. After 2 weeks, he got his WC privileges back, but opted not to post on WC again. Probably wise. Haha. We had another player, an Adventurer, who used to post some crazy shock n awe statements who was constantly just coming off yet another chat ban (which was really just a temporary mute). So, they hand out temporary chat bans for some offensive chats, or they did ~1 year ago. I assume they still do. On my current server, we have a player called Dave or some iteration with Dave in his name - and if you are on my server cluster, you know who I'm talking about. He has had several accounts banned for extremely offensive statements - usually racist and homophobic in nature, but that guy spares absolutely no demographic. It's to the point that I've made some conclusions about Dave: he's lonely, he trolls for entertainment, he doesn't really mean most of it but this is what he learned gives him attention so he's sticking with it. I had both reported and muted him in the past, but honestly at this point, I've given up (and I think Blizzard has as well). I removed WC from my viewable chats so I don't see his (and a few others') nonsense. Just easier. I mean WC is full of Susan Express and similar spam anyway and is practically unuseable for that reason. Blizzard does near nothing to control the illegal sales of various in-game currencies so they really have no right to ban people for buying from these places when the advertisements are uncontrolled 24/7. But back to Dave, he makes me laugh for various reasons, but not because I identify with his slurs. I laugh at how he manipulates people to argue with him. The guy is a troll genius, if pathetic and persistent. Yes, negative orb was the worst for their corporate bottom line, and they did not ban. So I'm confused how anything else could be worse from Blizzard's perspective? Cheating at the game? How - Just give warnings. A three strike rule is much fairer and more reasonable for violators to adjust their behaviour and gives a chance to reform. A ban may be easier and certainly involves a knee-jerk nonapplication of mind, and is also quite short-sighted. As for AFK farmers, honestly, what happened to the acid that spawned at the feet of afk farmers after 5 minutes? It killed your character and that was the end of that afk farming session. The acid only lasted in game for a few months, if that, but it was a great solution, I thought. And now with the new Sentinel Tower mode, they ENCOURAGE a small measure of afk farming. So how can afk be a perma-bannable offence while encouraged at the same time??? I think the BIGGEST ISSUE here is that their ban messages are nonspecific and cryptic, and that has led to confusion and speculation Yes, there are definitely innocents who are caught up, but there is no bona fide appeal process for most players either VK had an account banned, he's a youtuber, and they did eventually review and unban that account like 6 mos later. So and again, we know they make mistakes and that they can review accounts. They just won't admit to the first and are too lazy to do the latter. You pointed out they made over half a billion dollars from DI in a year, but they haven't the money to review bot-based bans and apply their minds? Seems pretty pathetic reasoning to me. Regarding HUGE amounts of money: Also, perma-bans are not always permanent. It depends who you are and who you know and also how much you spent. We all heard how a certain famous megaladon whale received a personal phone call telling him to stop a certain behaviour which would have gotten any other player banned. It's good to be rich. He still plays the game and creates content. Recently on my server, an 8K+ res whale got banned. Someone who supposedly has inside connections reached out and a few days later, I now see that whale on the server again. I know another whale whose account got banned for sales, but he got the account back and immediately re-sold it. And yet another whale who got banned for the same reason, got his account back and did not re-sell it. So perma-ban is relative, the relativity being based upon having legitimately spent enough money to near max out your account. All others are unimportant to Blizz, which is an interesting approach to take for a game that relies on repeated mtx. Bottom line is that Blizzard can do much better. They just don't. Mistakes do happen. No system or person is 100% right 100% of the time. I once had an account restricted on another service for no reason. It was reinstated. Most bans are probably TOS violators, but there's been a few too many people crying wolf these past few months for it not to be suspicious. Something's going wrong somewhere 🤔
Am I missing anything here? But any exploit in a “game” is a game developer issue. Do not blame or ban a player who happens to discovered the flaw… If blizz put it in the game, of course player will do it. Never leave money on the street because people will pick it up… Banning players who invested time and/or money without a fair trial is STEALING. The game developer should fix their game instead of banning people who discovered the exploits then compensate those who did not do the exploits. Not washing their hands and turning players against each other…

They can put whatever they want in the TOS, if there is something unfair in there a judge can still rule against them. If you've put money into the game, your account has a value that comes from your pocket and you deserve a real customer service.

I got banned 2 weeks ago. I played alternating between my iPad and ROG Ally. I don’t cheat, or even do in-app chat or being abusive. I only play with friends. They don’t even tell you why or seriously consider your appeal.
One that you might not be looking at , when there are large amounts of bans occurring( batch bans). It also appears to be happening after updates. To me this looks like it’s a programming issue. I sure think there should be a tiered penalty system. Also I feel everyone has the right to know why they were banned. I one thing that overs seats all of this it’s Blizzard game, they have the right to police it anyway they want to! But poor customer service/communication will catch up with them! He’s to a New Year!

Not because Blizzard came up with ToS means they're lawful. There are such things as "UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS". That's exactly why players who feel wronged by Blizzard would do well to pay for legal advice and possibly sue Blizzard. If their lawyer can prove the ToS are unfair, billion dollar company or not, Blizzard will be forced to overturn the bans and/or refund everyone. It's as simple as that. And my gut feeling is that Blizzard's ToS are indeed bullcrap. Telling people you can terminate their accounts for basically any reason ? I don't think so, bruh.
Uh just no 😂😂😂 ToS stand up in court 100 out of 100 times . Courts in bay area etc have cases by players vs game companies all the time . The ToS is created BY lawyers and good ones . People have tried to sue over ToS since dialup days .

I got perma banned on Xmas eve. No explanation as to why. I used to play DI on my ROG Ally before i got a new phone so i suppose that may have got me banned? I was using my phone at the time of the ban so i cant be sure. A permanent ban is rather harsh
I got a perma banned playing on ROG Ally recently. Previously I was playing on an iPad. No specific reason is given and they just don’t accept and appeal. I wasted my few months leveling up. 😡
The point you made about diablo could go under. I played a mobile game back in 2016. I forget the name of it. It was a cross between diablo and WoW. I spent thousands in that game. I woke up one day and it was gone, no longer existing. All I have from that game is a raid boss picture.
First off thanks for bringing this back up for the public to view. This is a major topic that needs to be discussed. Second, I see a lot of people saying they’re not being banned for no reason they know what they did. Why can’t they just admit it. Wait until it’s your turn to be banned and go through this process. It feels horrible not knowing what you did or why you are being banned and blizzard just gives an auto response. Plus you lose all the money that you’ve put in this game. I’m about $7000 in the hole now. I hope that blizzard will do something about this and rectify the Perma band. They should remove the Perma ban system and do some thing like you mentioned in this video where you get at least a warning when you get banned that they tell you what you did wrong.
My lil brother has literally had 2 accounts banned for no reason what so ever... We both play on our phones no controller he went threw process trying to get 1st one back and her was told that he would review an email within like 10 days.... Nothing ever came

I personally know a player got banned recently, just a casual f2p gamer but enjoyed the game so he invest on a controller. He is just doing the survivors bane event when the events background interface remains in the screen even after he finish the event that's why he close the app ( there's no other button to choose ). After reconnecting the game he received the message that his account was banned. Not trying to push further to appeal. He has a good reputation in game, that's why he and we, the rest of the wardband members decided to stop playing. We strongly believed that there is no rule that has been violated by him. As I said, he has a good reputation in game and know the man personally. The incident is just not fair, there is no point to continue playing if the dev's or whoever is in responsible for banning the account cant event protect the integrity of the game to provide a simple evidence that there really is a rules that been violated.
They have a list of controllers that was allowed to used, and he is playing the game for 17 months already using the same controller. As I said, he is doing the Survivors Bane Event when that happen, and as a matter fact, he didnt use the controller that time coz the event just alowed to use a computer mouse. My point is, we are just speculating that the reason is the "controller". Atleast for the sake of those who patronized the game, provide some evidence and detailed reason for banning the account not just an authomated message.

The issue with the bans as a whole from all that I am reading is their handling of said bans, The Customer service if you will. Cookie cutter letters with 0 specifics per each ban is a liability issue that NO TOS covers, When we are talking money this is where legal action needs to take place. The other issue is that everyone in the DI community blame blizz but the fact of the matter is that ever aspect of this is Netease through and through and Blizz needs to cut ties with them wipe their code from the game and fix as many bugs as were broken, this is issue number 2. However None of this will occur and Blizz/M$ will do all they can to sweep it under as long as there is no class actions or public eye drawn to their scrupulous practices with this Title. Sorry echo, you are by your own admission not an objective observer as a Blizz ' partner ' and should try not to speak on this as it simply make you look bad as you are receiving benefits from Blizz.

And I understand gem duping is still a thing , with about 4 methods to do it at the moment ( don’t know if this info is real as I’m so low that I wouldn’t even be able to do it). So people banned for controller and farming seems quite stupid , expecially given the numbers of whales that could be involved , and we know they need them.
There are many stories of people being account banned for buying accounts. This is a big reason for some bans. In TOS you are never able to acquire an account from another player. Some players buy a leveled account from another player. So say your actual account is a 2k monk. You buy an account for a 5k necro for 30k. Far less than leveling it up yourself but it’s a big, big risk. If you tell anyone or anyone finds out you bought this account, you can be banned and no chance of getting that account back. You must be the original owner of the account. WC antics and macros or spooning is another big ban issue.
I got banned, again. My first banned was for the account i play with since the launch of the game. Never had any problem and bang, last week i got banned without any reasons. Blizzard says I broke the terms of service… They dont want to tell me what exactly I have done. I was sure I dont brake anything but what can I do? I restart another account saturday morning, I level it. Dont speak with nobody, dont break anything and I just banned again!!! Nobody can know its me, its another email adress… So? Its what? I dont Even have the Time of thinking to cheat or so… I play on my iPad Pro with a ps4 controller since the launch. Just got banned from my first account, a 3k res dh… And now again. Maybe not intended, but i can imagine that there´s a automatic Anti-Cheat Engine which sometimes ban falsely and innocent ppl, which are playing the game since the open beta phase. I´ve played the game by myself since the open beta and MAN! I still love this game. I´ve always played on the same pc setup. My Windows is clean. No virus, malware etc. My Windows is fresh and there are no other games then, DI, D2R and D4. A Officeprogramm and all the necessary drivers for stable system, like NVIDIA, Asus Armoury Crate and Corsair ICue. 1.5 years and 1000 Euro later i just got banned in the night from 24th to 25th december. I defended the vault (we´re immo´s right now) and helped after the vault little players with her Inferno 4 raids. I barely wrote in the wc and never flamed. I don´t like this discussions in games about who has the bigger wallet and more power, bla bla. So i never joined them, while they´re raging. I´ve played the last 1.5 years with a whole Logitech Setup and the G Hub Software. But changed it recently to a whole Corsair Setup with Corsair ICue, because i´m not satisfied with the quality of Logitech products anymore. For example the Logitech G Pro Wireless. After 2 month of playing the surface of the left and right mousebutton looks like a shiny plate. Because it´s annyoing to play a crusader with keyboard and mouse, i´ve bought a original Sony Playstation 5 Controller and used it via BT Dongle TP-Link UB5A. All official supported, according to Blizzard. This worked for month now. Until the mentioned 24th to 25th december. I opened a ticket and like all the other affected ppl, i just get a automised answer without any explanation. I won´t accept that. That is just unfair. Today i´ve read in the shadowchat that 3 ppl from another clan got banned too. One of them is a 4 times grandpa, which enjoyed the game a lot and i defnatley know that he didn´t anything wrong. He has also spent more than 2k Euro in this game, because he loved it so much. He used a official supported XBox Controller. As far as i know there are only ppl affected which uses controller via BT. But who knows. There´s IS absolutely a problem ongoing with the Banmechanic. I offered Blizzard to work with them together to investigate a potential problem with her banprogram. Why perma band someone with a altered controller but not perma ban someone that literally bought orbs from scammers and cheated for reso and power to gain a real advantage over plp makes zero sense
200k isn’t the most at this point. Upwards of 500-600k is where you’d be at with 9.3k reso and secondary set gems at rank 8-9. My clan has two of the strongest whales on our server. One has quoted this total and the other has gotten there at a bit less. When the game started 100-110k was the max total. Now it’s far greater. Even at almost 5k reso I’m thousands of dollars in this game.
Our clan mate got banned this morning. His a 5k plus res player and and has been given a permanent ban. The reason give was unsportman like conduct. All he did was farm for 40 mins and wasn't afk at all. Just 1 player came along to him and ran off and reported him for it. We are all now afraid to farm incase this happens to us
ok so your ideea its messed up, what "how many players are playing" got to do with "how many are getting banned and they dont receive an personalized email" ? Its not like 2-3 million players play at the same time and 100k are getting banned every day, i think its more like 30-50 players/day are getting banned... how cant they respond to those with a reason why they got banned ? Stop defending blizz !! I for one think that 90% of the bans are merited, the person getting banned did something against the tos ! But i'm 100% against bans without a reason, let me know what i did wrong if you ban me, because maybe i did it by mistake and i wont do it in the future in the same game or in other games !
If you get banned, there is a reason and Blizzard should communicate it. The software they use to ban players knows the reason, and should tell you the reason.
They have a vested interest in NOT telling players so that they dont improve there "cheating" techniques, you dont want to spend endless trying to improve your systems for detection while also telling the culprits exactly "what to do" next time to avoid getting caught. However there needs to be a middle ground where something is known vs the current status quo especially for Permanent Bans. The video game industry has been entirely unethical in its business practice for an extremely long time because they have had to deal with limited consumer protections and have operated essentially as if "were only dealing with kids what can they do" If this was litterally any other consumer product no TOS would matter because a companies policy cannot usurp the law. A lot of what happens with there Bans would fall under theft.
I agree, if I did something wrong tell me which of the terms and conditions I broke, don’t just link me to the whole policy, it tells me nothing about what I did.
It isn’t ok to cheat or act a fool in general chat. Run a bot program, get banned. Tape your controller down for a week while afk farming in shassar sea, get banned. Drop N bombs in general chat, get banned. There can’t be a grey area for cheating because everyone’s line is different. In this case I hope Blizzard wins. 💯

A cheater will not repent no matter how many chances you give them. They will probably lie too after being caught. I have seen player using pilot to play their account, but they aren’t banned. Seems like blizzard allowed that. Any form of cheating will be really unfair to those honest players.

I did in the begining on eu server The Ancients when i joined ScrappyEchoes there until the first Immortal change when i was outed from shadows and i decided to stay out of the shadows/Immortals strife... Since then i just played without chatting. My main interaction since then is through here. Controller i have was a cheap one from Wish that i was lucky enough to make it work with my phone... I don't even know its brand name but i guess i was lucky to not have been banned for its use. I do wonder, however, how Blizzard would react if i used my necro in the training area on a dummy with the command skeletons attack and go AFK with skeletons going ham on the dummy (as they don't stop attacking until the target is dead)..
It wouldn’t be so bad if they told you why you were banned instead of a generic response to the support ticket they encourage you to send, which still gives you no idea. A warning first would also be a good idea.
my agrument is why do they have 1, controller support and 2 controller support for the banable controllers if they are banning people for using the controller support.
I still see a lot of afk type farming on my server. Always certain places but it will be like 10 people all together spread out very slightly but just spamming attack button but not moving. Lame as hell ban them people.
I don't know about other servers, but when you see waves of groups of 4 coming out of elder rifts with names like "xlrubstz" all at level 799, with gear level upgrades under level ten and half the slots with no gems in them.... they're probably illegally farming embers to get eternal legendary crests to resell for platinum or funnel back to their main whale account without paying blizzard to have whale funds for the gem market. I report tf out of em. As for world chat, how in tf have you not gotten rid of Susan? Seems petty simple, they have been using the same "black Friday" wording for a month nor . Immediately Auto-ban characters for their specific world chat offers if they can't track IPs from them using a VPN until they become smart enough to get around that, then regroup if they outsmart that. Some of these things seem too easy to address and they're just not doing something about it. We've been reporting them since the games start. Maybe there's something else I'm missing.
It great they have it all in their term of service, but for europeam gamers blizzard have to act with the new digital law act. They offerd a digital product with no definition of the valid timespawn and so it's a lifetime product. And denying access to the product is indeed an illegal action
I was always thinking peoples crying about their ban was peoples who cheat and cry because Blizzard take them. Until last night. I got also banned!!! Without any reasons. They send a message saying I brake the rules of the game. I read those rules. I didnt brake anything. I play since the lunch of the game on my iPad Pro with a ps4 controller. I am not cheating. I dont use another programs. I dont use bad talk at anyone. And first of all I dont do afk farming like we saw everywhere. I just play. I,am trying by a tickets to have answer but no. They just send stupid text already written and send automaticaly. I try another ticket, the last one. But i am not optimistic. By this Time afk farmers continue to….afk… and it seems ok for blizzard!!!
I'm sick and tired of what blizzard has been doing with their bans, they dont give any kind of explanation, and I know very close friends that are casual players that do not know how to abuse a bug or even know what is a bug, and they get ban and Blizzard DO NOT GIVE ANY REASON and these players have invested so much money and time and they dont even receive a clear explanation as to why they got banned. lastly one of my friends that got banned, I really want to expose his situation, because its something so CRAZY, but not going into detail right now, after he send a few tickets because blizzard did not wanted to give him a clear answer to his ban, he was told by BLIZZARD via ticket that if he KEPT insisting in opening tickets THEY WOULD PERMA BAN HIS WHOLE ACCOUNT, JUST because he is asking for the reason and justice. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS, this game is SO EXPENSIVE with the microtransacations that this game has ITS CRAZY thousands of players invest more than in ANY other game that I ever played or know, people need to start thinking to sue blizzard for this they need to change their policies, they do not protect consumers, they want your money our money but their customer service and banning system is UNFAIR it sucks. Sorry if it’s been mentioned but I am not going through all the comments. Is there a way you can reach out to blizzard and find out if AFK/AFP (phone) farming is ok. As much detail as you can get would be awesome. It can be achieved with an in game mechanic (no outside inputs of any kind) so I am of the opinion that it’s approved.
you can get a refund from play store at least... they ban f2p accounts with a suspicius big growth, or players who get resources like the pets as perfect clocks, they use ia methods to detect strange things... and every knows the huge amount of bots in the game.
If you have money in the game and Blizz locks your account without a specific reason, that's theft. They can literally steal 10k+ accounts without reason
I have reached paragon 1127 all hardwork and one time I tried to use auto clicker because I'm a bit busy then poof perma ban. Don't do it, it's not worth it.
I'm just being objective when I say this, but there are no stances, even with money involved, other than Blizzard's. If someone does something wrong it does not matter if they put $100k into the game or $1. It's just inconsequential. If you go to jail in real life, they don't care if you just bought a house and a yacht.
One Word, when you Reported for Bad Language SPEZIFIC in WORLD CHAT, first you get a 2 Weeks Social Ban - you can not creat Groups and dont allowd to Chat with peoples than anymore! YOU Will not get a PERMA Ban through World Chat Reports the First time!
Getting too old in the game was awesome ,but getting banned in the game is not good with a perma rights in the game and not intending to do so wrong activities ,indeed was this for just afk or just cheating on the game

Believe me or not since the ban waves hit a lot of players I see less toxicity in word chats, I see a lot of players nowadays moving around when farming generally the gaming experience in diablo immortal improved a lot to be honest. I think an auto-perma ban shouldn't have been the go-to direction, especially for first time offenders. Like say the controller thing. Give players a warning the controller they sre using is against terms of service, give them a week ban, and let them correct the issue or face perma bans.
The real banned they should have is when you see in the All chat people selling platinum. Why haven’t these characters been banned. I see characters advertising the websites to buy platinum.
They do ban them, but since DI is free to play, all you need is a random email address. I can set up an email server right now in under an hour, with domain name, DKIM, and SPF records. Since i run the server, i can create as many emails as i want with that domain name.
As for people disputing charges they spent on a game, there is a way they can dispute it with the bank and 90% of the time win reason I can confirm that is because I work for a large bank and work in final disputes(have seen it all come across my desk)

For all the money we throw at Blizzard in Immortal, I think the least we could get in return is so decent customer service and issue resolution or disciplinary action reduction potential like a 1 month market suspension, or a 1 month Battle ground suspension, something other than a surprise ban hammer. We pay you good money, regularly, plus our time, it's taken a long time to get to 1135paragon, I remember when Lassal was hard and you needed a CR of at least 430 to fight him. He was the only heliquary boss. There use to not be a Heliquary or a warband

My buddy I’d a disabled vet like me. He had shoulder replacements and used his iPad and a PlayStation (legal) controller. He got banned no exclamation and he’s not a botter. It took us two weeks just for. Him to figure out discord. We both farm a lot and have our gear maxed and it BSwhat they’ve done
I just wish they tell people why they got banned, instead of replying auto answer and refusing to provide more information. We are losing at least 1 person every week in our guild because of that and I don't even know what to tell them why they got banned.

It's really just a matter of will, not so much a technical barrier. Blizzard doesn't care about providing good customer service, that's what it comes down to.

Blizzard could make a vague email with each specific statute that was violated. That would help people understand what is going on. My good friend was perma-banned recently and our clan almost all quit. We changed servers because we have high suspicions that a rival clan mass reported him. He did appeal his ban and got the vague message of no appeal. He used an app to be able to use a controller on his PC. This is where I think blizzard is seeing the app and not the controller and this “violates” the code of conduct. Just my 2 cents.
Yea. I have heard similar stories. I believe the app overlays and apps that modify how things work for controllers can be a part of the issue as well. But no one can be sure.
If the player that was banned was using an app to use the controller, the ban is a good one. Cause the third party app to use the controller might change things. I use a controller and i dont need any app to use. Its just a nintendo switch controller connected via bluetooth.
Like you I buy the $5 battle pass and boon of plenty I’m a senior on a fixed income. Due to health conditions I don’t risk going out in public for dinning or movies etc. This is my entertainment experience it is what I spend my meager entertainment budget on so if they took my investment of time and money with no stated reason beyond your banned my new source of entertainment would be contacting appropriate government services media anyone that might poke the bear with a stick with the intention of annoying them to extend they’ve annoyed me. PayPal froze my account when I was selling off my Lionel Train collection stating it looked like fraud even though my eBay was at 100% satisfied. Couldn’t even get ahold of a real person so I went on Californias government pages find appropriate agency told them my story 2 weeks later I had my money. If you are sure you did nothing wrong contact state government and make noise!

If you spent a considerable sum of real money in the game and they seize your assets without a stated cause I can see Blizzard getting their asses sued. Big companies lose in court all the time ECHO doesn’t matter what school their lawyers came from. Encouraging people to invest in the game then closing the players account without explanation placed in front of a jury making the determination sounds awful risky. Now if they have legitimate cause and they state the cause to the banned player that’s a whole different situation and it covers blizzards behind. But just banned with no cause presented they best hope I’m not on the jury because I would empty their brinks truck.
the first thing you have to realize is that the money you put in the game is NOT YOUR ASSETS. you don't own the game, you don't own your character, you don't own any of the gems that you paid for. It is all licensed to you to play their game, it's even in the term of service for every game. Even digital games YOU DON'T OWN them. NIntendo Game Store closed down digital games and DIDN'T REFUND costumers that couldn't access their single player games anymore. Playstation Store even got rid of your digital games/videos that YOU BOUGHT, with no refunds because YOU DON'T OWN ANYTHING. XBox Game Pass even does the same thing where they can rotate or remove games completely from your library even if you were playing it for just 2 hours, etc. No where in the world do YOU OWN ASSETS in a video game.

They should make a bounty where if your character is not moving for 5 minutes then a monster only targets you. you don't get any rewards for it if it kills you then everyone on the server gets a reward.
They had acid that spawned around the feet of afk farmers after 5 mins. It immediately killed your character. It was removed from the game after only a few weeks. No idea why.
@@xrisku the poison gas is still going on our server until now and its random but I think the first poison gas is around 10mins. Take note it happens when you don't move from your location not because you are afk farming. You will still get the poison gas even if you're actually playing the game but not moving. We call this spot farming which is a lot more efficient than the normal farming method because you can clear multiple monster spawn locations almost at the same time instead of having to walk individually to each monster spawn.
Regardless, you don’t permanently ban people without clear reason for banning them. The right way would be to give 3 strike ban. My account that i worked hard for was banned without a reason. They send a generic message of list of possible reasons for ban, to which none applied to me. It’s a stupid thing to do.
Players taping the attack button down while going AFK is against Blizzard’s policy…. If you not present at the game while your character is killing things, that is against Blizzard policy. Lets keep that in mind.
The “Follow” feature in the game will not let you attack something while following…. As soon as the character attacks, it will cancel the follow feature. Following is not illegal…. Attacking things while the player is not present is illegal.
As for WC, I know someone on my original server who got a 2 week mute on WC & party chat for something he said on WC. He could still send direct pm's in-game. He knew precisely what it was, tho he would not share it with me. After 2 weeks, he got his WC privileges back, but opted not to post on WC again. Probably wise. Haha.
We had another player, an Adventurer, who used to post some crazy shock n awe statements who was constantly just coming off yet another chat ban (which was really just a temporary mute). So, they hand out temporary chat bans for some offensive chats, or they did ~1 year ago. I assume they still do.
On my current server, we have a player called Dave or some iteration with Dave in his name - and if you are on my server cluster, you know who I'm talking about. He has had several accounts banned for extremely offensive statements - usually racist and homophobic in nature, but that guy spares absolutely no demographic. It's to the point that I've made some conclusions about Dave: he's lonely, he trolls for entertainment, he doesn't really mean most of it but this is what he learned gives him attention so he's sticking with it. I had both reported and muted him in the past, but honestly at this point, I've given up (and I think Blizzard has as well). I removed WC from my viewable chats so I don't see his (and a few others') nonsense. Just easier.
I mean WC is full of Susan Express and similar spam anyway and is practically unuseable for that reason. Blizzard does near nothing to control the illegal sales of various in-game currencies so they really have no right to ban people for buying from these places when the advertisements are uncontrolled 24/7. But back to Dave, he makes me laugh for various reasons, but not because I identify with his slurs. I laugh at how he manipulates people to argue with him. The guy is a troll genius, if pathetic and persistent.
Yes, negative orb was the worst for their corporate bottom line, and they did not ban. So I'm confused how anything else could be worse from Blizzard's perspective? Cheating at the game? How - Just give warnings. A three strike rule is much fairer and more reasonable for violators to adjust their behaviour and gives a chance to reform. A ban may be easier and certainly involves a knee-jerk nonapplication of mind, and is also quite short-sighted.
As for AFK farmers, honestly, what happened to the acid that spawned at the feet of afk farmers after 5 minutes? It killed your character and that was the end of that afk farming session. The acid only lasted in game for a few months, if that, but it was a great solution, I thought.
And now with the new Sentinel Tower mode, they ENCOURAGE a small measure of afk farming. So how can afk be a perma-bannable offence while encouraged at the same time???
I think the BIGGEST ISSUE here is that their ban messages are nonspecific and cryptic, and that has led to confusion and speculation Yes, there are definitely innocents who are caught up, but there is no bona fide appeal process for most players either
VK had an account banned, he's a youtuber, and they did eventually review and unban that account like 6 mos later. So and again, we know they make mistakes and that they can review accounts. They just won't admit to the first and are too lazy to do the latter. You pointed out they made over half a billion dollars from DI in a year, but they haven't the money to review bot-based bans and apply their minds? Seems pretty pathetic reasoning to me.

Also, perma-bans are not always permanent. It depends who you are and who you know and also how much you spent. We all heard how a certain famous megaladon whale received a personal phone call telling him to stop a certain behaviour which would have gotten any other player banned. It's good to be rich. He still plays the game and creates content.
Recently on my server, an 8K+ res whale got banned. Someone who supposedly has inside connections reached out and a few days later, I now see that whale on the server again.
I know another whale whose account got banned for sales, but he got the account back and immediately re-sold it. And yet another whale who got banned for the same reason, got his account back and did not re-sell it.
So perma-ban is relative, the relativity being based upon having legitimately spent enough money to near max out your account. All others are unimportant to Blizz, which is an interesting approach to take for a game that relies on repeated mtx.
Bottom line is that Blizzard can do much better. They just don't. Exactly like their pitiful Customer Support.

Hi, I'm bug #14 of #2839 in diablo immortal that still has not been addressed, just wanted to come and let you know that I'm still there being problematic after everyone has spent millions on the game in continual micro transactions, rather than the traditional $50 one time payment for a game
I got recently banned from playing SURVIVORS BANE EVENT UI BORDERLINES always stays/stuck at town after finishing the event cant even click or interact then after i restart poof already got banned (pc user) ive been playing almost 17 months and i had no issue with my controller almost 1 year of use
Mistakes do happen. No system or person is 100% right 100% of the time. I once had an account restricted on another service for no reason. It was reinstated. Most bans are probably TOS violators, but there's been a few too many people crying wolf these past few months for it not to be suspicious. Something's going wrong somewhere 🤔
Am I missing anything here? But any exploit in a “game” is a game developer issue. Do not blame or ban a player who happens to discovered the flaw… If blizz put it in the game, of course player will do it. Never leave money on the street because people will pick it up… Banning players who invested time and/or money without a fair trial is STEALING. The game developer should fix their game instead of banning people who discovered the exploits then compensate those who did not do the exploits. Not washing their hands and turning players against each other…
Not sure if you’re aware but you can auto attack in the settings so afk farming is encouraged, along with auto salvaging pets…

I got banned 2 weeks ago. I played alternating between my iPad and ROG Ally. I don’t cheat, or even do in-app chat or being abusive. I only play with friends. They don’t even tell you why or seriously consider your appeal.
One that you might not be looking at , when there are large amounts of bans occurring( batch bans). It also appears to be happening after updates. To me this looks like it’s a programming issue. I sure think there should be a tiered penalty system. Also I feel everyone has the right to know why they were banned. I one thing that overs seats all of this it’s Blizzard game, they have the right to police it anyway they want to! But poor customer service/communication will catch up with them! He’s to a New Year!

Not because Blizzard came up with ToS means they're lawful. There are such things as "UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS". That's exactly why players who feel wronged by Blizzard would do well to pay for legal advice and possibly sue Blizzard.
If their lawyer can prove the ToS are unfair, billion dollar company or not, Blizzard will be forced to overturn the bans and/or refund everyone. It's as simple as that.
And my gut feeling is that Blizzard's ToS are indeed bullcrap. Telling people you can terminate their accounts for basically any reason ? I don't think so, bruh.

I got perma banned on Xmas eve. No explanation as to why. I used to play DI on my ROG Ally before i got a new phone so i suppose that may have got me banned? I was using my phone at the time of the ban so i cant be sure. A permanent ban is rather harsh
I got a perma banned playing on ROG Ally recently. Previously I was playing on an iPad. No specific reason is given and they just don’t accept and appeal. I wasted my few months leveling up. 😡
The point you made about diablo could go under. I played a mobile game back in 2016. I forget the name of it. It was a cross between diablo and WoW. I spent thousands in that game. I woke up one day and it was gone, no longer existing. All I have from that game is a raid boss picture.

Second, I see a lot of people saying they’re not being banned for no reason they know what they did. Why can’t they just admit it. Wait until it’s your turn to be banned and go through this process. It feels horrible not knowing what you did or why you are being banned and blizzard just gives an auto response. Plus you lose all the money that you’ve put in this game. I’m about $7000 in the hole now.
I hope that blizzard will do something about this and rectify the Perma band. They should remove the Perma ban system and do some thing like you mentioned in this video where you get at least a warning when you get banned that they tell you what you did wrong.

I personally know a player got banned recently, just a casual f2p gamer but enjoyed the game so he invest on a controller.
He is just doing the survivors bane event when the events background interface remains in the screen even after he finish the event that's why he close the app ( there's no other button to choose ). After reconnecting the game he received the message that his account was banned.
Not trying to push further to appeal. He has a good reputation in game, that's why he and we, the rest of the wardband members decided to stop playing. We strongly believed that there is no rule that has been violated by him. As I said, he has a good reputation in game and know the man personally. The incident is just not fair, there is no point to continue playing if the dev's or whoever is in responsible for banning the account cant event protect the integrity of the game to provide a simple evidence that there really is a rules that been violated.

Netease is known for bans without real reason , company in china has zero tolerance for anything outside of ToS without warning . Tencent is similar.

The issue with the bans as a whole from all that I am reading is their handling of said bans, The Customer service if you will. Cookie cutter letters with 0 specifics per each ban is a liability issue that NO TOS covers, When we are talking money this is where legal action needs to take place. The other issue is that everyone in the DI community blame blizz but the fact of the matter is that ever aspect of this is Netease through and through and Blizz needs to cut ties with them wipe their code from the game and fix as many bugs as were broken, this is issue number 2. However None of this will occur and Blizz/M$ will do all they can to sweep it under as long as there is no class actions or public eye drawn to their scrupulous practices with this Title. And I understand gem duping is still a thing , with about 4 methods to do it at the moment ( don’t know if this info is real as I’m so low that I wouldn’t even be able to do it). So people banned for controller and farming seems quite stupid , expecially given the numbers of whales that could be involved , and we know they need them.
There are many stories of people being account banned for buying accounts. This is a big reason for some bans. In TOS you are never able to acquire an account from another player. Some players buy a leveled account from another player. So say your actual account is a 2k monk. You buy an account for a 5k necro for 30k. Far less than leveling it up yourself but it’s a big, big risk. If you tell anyone or anyone finds out you bought this account, you can be banned and no chance of getting that account back. You must be the original owner of the account. WC antics and macros or spooning is another big ban issue.
I got banned, again. My first banned was for the account i play with since the launch of the game. Never had any problem and bang, last week i got banned without any reasons. Blizzard says I broke the terms of service… They dont want to tell me what exactly I have done. I was sure I dont brake anything but what can I do? I restart another account saturday morning, I level it. Dont speak with nobody, dont break anything and I just banned again!!! Nobody can know its me, its another email adress… So? Its what? I dont Even have the Time of thinking to cheat or so… I play on my iPad Pro with a ps4 controller since the launch. Just got banned from my first account, a 3k res dh… And now again. I Will try another email but they Will answer again with a auto response saying I am a breaker of their terms…. Stupid, very stupid. And nobody can help

i got banned, tried to make a new account with an email similarly named to my banned one... that account got banned too.. idk why.

They absolutely do! Maybe not intended, but i can imagine that there´s a automatic Anti-Cheat Engine which sometimes ban falsely and innocent ppl, which are playing the game since the open beta phase.
I´ve played the game by myself since the open beta and MAN! I still love this game.
I´ve always played on the same pc setup. My Windows is clean. No virus, malware etc.
My Windows is fresh and there are no other games then, DI, D2R and D4.
A Officeprogramm and all the necessary drivers for stable system, like NVIDIA, Asus Armoury Crate and Corsair ICue.
1.5 years and 1000 Euro later i just got banned in the night from 24th to 25th december.
I defended the vault (we´re immo´s right now) and helped after the vault little players with her Inferno 4 raids.
I barely wrote in the wc and never flamed.
I don´t like this discussions in games about who has the bigger wallet and more power, bla bla.
So i never joined them, while they´re raging.
I´ve played the last 1.5 years with a whole Logitech Setup and the G Hub Software.
But changed it recently to a whole Corsair Setup with Corsair ICue, because i´m not satisfied with the quality of Logitech products anymore.
For example the Logitech G Pro Wireless.
After 2 month of playing the surface of the left and right mousebutton looks like a shiny plate.
Because it´s annyoing to play a crusader with keyboard and mouse, i´ve bought a original Sony Playstation 5 Controller and used it via BT Dongle TP-Link UB5A.
All official supported, according to Blizzard.
This worked for month now.
Until the mentioned 24th to 25th december.
I opened a ticket and like all the other affected ppl, i just get a automised answer without any explanation.
I won´t accept that. That is just unfair.
Today i´ve read in the shadowchat that 3 ppl from another clan got banned too.
One of them is a 4 times grandpa, which enjoyed the game a lot and i defnatley know that he didn´t anything wrong.
He has also spent more than 2k Euro in this game, because he loved it so much.
He used a official supported XBox Controller.
As far as i know there are only ppl affected which uses controller via BT.
But who knows.
There´s IS absolutely a problem ongoing with the Banmechanic.
I offered Blizzard to work with them together to investigate a potential problem with her banprogram.
I would let them check my pc, my account and whatever because i think that would solve the problem for the most of the ppl.

Why perma band someone with a altered controller but not perma ban someone that literally bought orbs from scammers and cheated for reso and power to gain a real advantage over plp makes zero sense

200k isn’t the most at this point. Upwards of 500-600k is where you’d be at with 9.3k reso and secondary set gems at rank 8-9. My clan has two of the strongest whales on our server. One has quoted this total and the other has gotten there at a bit less. When the game started 100-110k was the max total. Now it’s far greater. Even at almost 5k reso I’m thousands of dollars in this game.
Our clan mate got banned this morning. His a 5k plus res player and and has been given a permanent ban. The reason give was unsportman like conduct. All he did was farm for 40 mins and wasn't afk at all. Just 1 player came along to him and ran off and reported him for it. We are all now afraid to farm incase this happens to us
ok so your ideea its messed up, what "how many players are playing" got to do with "how many are getting banned and they dont receive an personalized email" ? Its not like 2-3 million players play at the same time and 100k are getting banned every day, i think its more like 30-50 players/day are getting banned... how cant they respond to those with a reason why they got banned ?

I for one think that 90% of the bans are merited, the person getting banned did something against the tos !
But i'm 100% against bans without a reason, let me know what i did wrong if you ban me, because maybe i did it by mistake and i wont do it in the future in the same game or in other games !
If you get banned, there is a reason and Blizzard should communicate it.
The software they use to ban players knows the reason, and should tell you the reason.
They have a vested interest in NOT telling players so that they dont improve there "cheating" techniques, you dont want to spend endless trying to improve your systems for detection while also telling the culprits exactly "what to do" next time to avoid getting caught.
However there needs to be a middle ground where something is known vs the current status quo especially for Permanent Bans. The video game industry has been entirely unethical in its business practice for an extremely long time because they have had to deal with limited consumer protections and have operated essentially as if "were only dealing with kids what can they do" If this was litterally any other consumer product no TOS would matter because a companies policy cannot usurp the law. A lot of what happens with there Bans would fall under theft.
I agree, if I did something wrong tell me which of the terms and conditions I broke, don’t just link me to the whole policy, it tells me nothing about what I did.

It isn’t ok to cheat or act a fool in general chat. Run a bot program, get banned. Tape your controller down for a week while afk farming in shassar sea, get banned. Drop N bombs in general chat, get banned. There can’t be a grey area for cheating because everyone’s line is different. In this case I hope Blizzard wins. 💯

A cheater will not repent no matter how many chances you give them. They will probably lie too after being caught. I have seen player using pilot to play their account, but they aren’t banned. Seems like blizzard allowed that. Any form of cheating will be really unfair to those honest players.
PC users maybe using Trainers. Trainers are used to change the values of number of items, for example , you can change the number of Orbs you have.
Hmm... I don't use the chat at all... I did in the begining on eu server The Ancients when i joined ScrappyEchoes there until the first Immortal change when i was outed from shadows and i decided to stay out of the shadows/Immortals strife... Since then i just played without chatting. My main interaction since then is through here.
Controller i have was a cheap one from Wish that i was lucky enough to make it work with my phone...
I don't even know its brand name but i guess i was lucky to not have been banned for its use.
I do wonder, however, how Blizzard would react if i used my necro in the training area on a dummy with the command skeletons attack and go AFK with skeletons going ham on the dummy (as they don't stop attacking until the target is dead)..
It wouldn’t be so bad if they told you why you were banned instead of a generic response to the support ticket they encourage you to send, which still gives you no idea. A warning first would also be a good idea.

my agrument is why do they have 1, controller support and 2 controller support for the banable controllers if they are banning people for using the controller support.
I still see a lot of afk type farming on my server. Always certain places but it will be like 10 people all together spread out very slightly but just spamming attack button but not moving. Lame as hell ban them people.

Blizzard needs to quit hiding and face this issue .
I don't know about other servers, but when you see waves of groups of 4 coming out of elder rifts with names like "xlrubstz" all at level 799, with gear level upgrades under level ten and half the slots with no gems in them.... they're probably illegally farming embers to get eternal legendary crests to resell for platinum or funnel back to their main whale account without paying blizzard to have whale funds for the gem market. I report tf out of em.
As for world chat, how in tf have you not gotten rid of Susan? Seems petty simple, they have been using the same "black Friday" wording for a month nor . Immediately Auto-ban characters for their specific world chat offers if they can't track IPs from them using a VPN until they become smart enough to get around that, then regroup if they outsmart that. Some of these things seem too easy to address and they're just not doing something about it. We've been reporting them since the games start. Maybe there's something else I'm missing.
It great they have it all in their term of service, but for europeam gamers blizzard have to act with the new digital law act. They offerd a digital product with no definition of the valid timespawn and so it's a lifetime product. And denying access to the product is indeed an illegal action
Its not for using a controller. Cheaters get banned unless they use the option in settings to auto attack.
I was always thinking peoples crying about their ban was peoples who cheat and cry because Blizzard take them. Until last night. I got also banned!!! Without any reasons. They send a message saying I brake the rules of the game. I read those rules. I didnt brake anything. I play since the lunch of the game on my iPad Pro with a ps4 controller. I am not cheating. I dont use another programs. I dont use bad talk at anyone. And first of all I dont do afk farming like we saw everywhere. I just play. I,am trying by a tickets to have answer but no. They just send stupid text already written and send automaticaly. I try another ticket, the last one. But i am not optimistic. By this Time afk farmers continue to….afk… and it seems ok for blizzard!!!

I'm sick and tired of what blizzard has been doing with their bans, they dont give any kind of explanation, and I know very close friends that are casual players that do not know how to abuse a bug or even know what is a bug, and they get ban and Blizzard DO NOT GIVE ANY REASON and these players have invested so much money and time and they dont even receive a clear explanation as to why they got banned.
lastly one of my friends that got banned, I really want to expose his situation, because its something so CRAZY, but not going into detail right now, after he send a few tickets because blizzard did not wanted to give him a clear answer to his ban, he was told by BLIZZARD via ticket that if he KEPT insisting in opening tickets THEY WOULD PERMA BAN HIS WHOLE ACCOUNT, JUST because he is asking for the reason and justice.

Sorry if it’s been mentioned but I am not going through all the comments. Is there a way you can reach out to blizzard and find out if AFK/AFP (phone) farming is ok. As much detail as you can get would be awesome. It can be achieved with an in game mechanic (no outside inputs of any kind) so I am of the opinion that it’s approved.

you can get a refund from play store at least... they ban f2p accounts with a suspicius big growth, or players who get resources like the pets as perfect clocks, they use ia methods to detect strange things... and every knows the huge amount of bots in the game.

One Word, when you Reported for Bad Language SPEZIFIC in WORLD CHAT, first you get a 2 Weeks Social Ban - you can not creat Groups and dont allowd to Chat with peoples than anymore! YOU Will not get a PERMA Ban through World Chat Reports the First time!
Getting too old in the game was awesome ,but getting banned in the game is not good with a perma rights in the game and not intending to do so wrong activities ,indeed was this for just afk or just cheating on the game
Chat bans hit me for recruiting all day for dungeons just jealous inept unfriendly people. I was not rude and I was present if I didn't jump in a dungeon.
Believe me or not since the ban waves hit a lot of players I see less toxicity in word chats, I see a lot of players nowadays moving around when farming generally the gaming experience in diablo immortal improved a lot to be honest. Unfortunately people are not honest these days when it comes to breaking the code of conduct for any games and not only diablo immortal and yet they blame other things just to make themselves like victims
