LYRICS:
You don’t know how bad it’ll get A simple moment to forget
I’m not in danger
I am the danger
Gold shall not define your worth It’s not destruction its rebirth I’m not in danger
I’m the danger now
Show me what it means to change
Help me become something More than just a vessel in disguise
Pain is the price to survive To evolve
Dry my tears cause I’m a weapon.
Weapons never weep
I’m not in danger. I’m the danger Start the clock and keep it running
It’s the one to beat I’m not in danger I’m the danger now.
I’ll show you what it means to change
Help me become something More than just a vessel in disguise
Pain is the price to survive To evolve
Help me become something More than just a vessel in disguise
Pain is the price to survive Is it wrong or right?
To evolve

ERROR
Old fart here. Yes, there are many, many of us, and the girls are thought of as daughters, grandaughters, nieces, neighbor kids etc. They have a massive online presence that allows anyone to watch them grow from tiny tots to middle school cover band to recording artists to major opening acts to headliners, plus tons of interviews, documentaries and behind-the-scenes videos. You can not only learn about the band but also their professional crew who are treated like family members - Luis and Moni (personal manager mom and manager dad), Rudy (co-manager), Lalo (production and mixing tech), Carlos (instrument tech) and "skinny camera guy" Ivan (photo-video media guy and film editor), plus mentors Pablo González Sarre (Ale's bass teacher and band mentor) and Beto Ramos (Pau's drum teacher and the Abelton guru). And it is ALL wholesome and extremely entertaining. No squabbles, no egoes, no drama.
Thanks so much for the reply and the info. I'm diggin these girls. It's odd to find such powerful rockers with such an innocent side. I hope it remains that way!
PAU - Protective Adopted Uncles
@@RockandRollRelicLest hope so for their sake.
I'm a 58 year old woman. I feel very protective towards them and bristle if I see "they're hot" comments. They are incredible musicians that demand respect for their craft. My husband makes fun of me because I'm obsessed with these ladies. I've seen them three times now and I'm patiently waiting for them to tour the US again.
I'm sixty, and my wife, who is your age, accuses me of "making a monster"... her. I introduced her to _The Warning_ a couple years ago, and now she's a more rabid evangelist for the ladies than I have ever been (not that I won't promote them, but I'm a lot more selective in my targeting - I know which of my friends would enjoy them, and which of them won't ever bother listening, so I don't bother with the latter). She, too, bristles at reactors who focus too heavily on their looks. 😋
I do, too - but my perspective as a male is a little different. My take is more along the lines of A) it doesn't *hurt* them that they are naturally attractive, and B) they're in their late teens/early twenties... pretty much _everyone_ looks good at that age. As long as they are not being manipulated into being hyper-sexualized (they aren't, and are too smart and too well supported to let that happen) and choose their looks themselves, it's all good. But I still definitely understand and agree with your and my wife's opinion and reaction, for sure. ⚡🤘⚡
I beat you all... 62 here. :) And I do get the whole 'protective' thing. It's strange and unfamiliar to me - but I'm digging it!
Please don't bristle ... they are hot ! Their music is fire - they rock hard and sing beautiful ballads, it's not all about sexism ! 😞
Comments on the internet are harmless. I think they are grounded enough to handle it. Sticks and stones. Real life is another thing. I am happy they are surrounded by good people, from what I gather from their upbringing and interviews.
Mess with these ladies in real life people, be warned, The Warning army will find you. /Liam Neeson voice
@@RockandRollRelic Sorry to break the record: 63 (and counting). My tip: blindfold someone and let' em listen. Female voices are obvious. But tell 'em "this was a band of the late 7ties! And you've never heard of them?" Could make a fun party game!
The music is spot on hard rock. Some might get fooled?
hehe
Greetings from the far north of Germany!
that is the feeling - TWA is the extended family, we are their extended uncles, grandparents, adoptive Moms and Dads, brothers, sisters', etc,etc...
I think i'm quickly becoming their crazy uncle :)
Dany, Pau and Ale are breaking through the barriers and have a damn good chance at saving rock and roll. I've been a rocker since the 70's and have never been as impressed as I have been by The Warning. Not only is their music incredible, but their work ethic, talent, drive and story are totally amazing.
My first band was in '79... sounds like we might have a lot in common. I can't remember a time where I've been sucked into a band like I have been with The Warning. I love their 'girl nextdoor' slumber party vibe - contrasted with their kick ass rocking. Very cool. Enjoying the hell out of them!
I think exactly the same!😊
They are the girls next door. They are the nicest, kindest and grounded individuals. They genuinely care for their fan base.
I have supported them on Patreon at the ultimate level for years. Soundcheck, meet & greet a free ticket, Master class with Dany on Crowdcast and monthly chat privileges.
I even turned master guitarist Dan R into a fan!
Again, Scott catch them at a venue near you. You will be blown away!
Rock🤘😎
Exactly my sentiments , I’m 74 and can’t wait to see them live in April. You share my sentiments in all aspect of these young ladies
Nice to know there are other old farts out there who love these girls. It's strange how attached I've become. Thanks for the kind words.
The Warning is the "missing link" of rock 'n' roll to the new generation. Spread the word, my friend!!!
I'm doin what I can!! Thanks for watching!
Their song, S!CK is being featured in the new rock songs competition on the Louder website and it was at one point at 80% in the standings, then it went down to 49%😮 now is coming back up to 58%
The contest ends this Sunday, so if you want to vote for it. Goggle " the new rock songs you need to hear now" and then type the warning next to that.
The song needs to reach 100% and stay there to win.
Cheers
Any size stage, any size venue The Warning slays, melts faces, and delivers studio quality sound with a ferocity that is pure rock n roll! The 3 rock n roll hurricanes have amazing days ahead! Long live rock n roll!
Rock on David!
They are the kindest most thoughtful people around kudos to their parents for raising them right. They just released a new single S!CK a few weeks ago with a new album on the way. Be ready to dive down deep into THE WARNING rabbit hole
I haven't completed my dive - but I'm well on my way! Thanks for watching.
Yes they saved Rock and Roll for me being 67
68 here and I absolutely agree!
I have seen over 500 shows. Some big time bands like Queen and Kiss. Last Aug saw the Warning from the front row, best show ever. They do not come on to do a show, they come on to attack the audience.
I can't wait for them to get to Dallas!
Yeah. Good bands will aim for your wallet. Great bands want your $$ and your blood.
The Warning will go for both and reach out for your soul as well 😂.
They came. They rocked. They conquered.
Great reaction I'm 64 and I totally agree. Classic Rock is back
Right behind you at 62 and I'm so glad I've come across this band!
The Warning is a once in a generation phenomenon. I flew down from Portland Oregon with my daughter to see them live over 2 months ago in Tijuana where they started with Disciple. Ale’s bass kicked me in the chest and knocked me over, then Pau beat me over the head with her drums and then Dany finished me off by slaying me with her guitar and vocals. Once you go down The Warning rabbit hole there's no way out, like Black Holes (which is one of my favorite songs of theirs).🤘⚡
9:30 The 2 most common comments from almost any The Warning reaction... "Holy Shit!" or "I got goosebumps!"
I'm 55 years old and The Warning is my new favorite hard rock band, it's been a long time since I listened to something like this girls do.
Yep, 60 here and they're the only band I want to listen to.
Hi there from Boston, Mass. brother. I have been listening to
THE WARNING now for four and a half years and they have certainly won my heart and loyalty.
THE WARNING is:
TOTAL AWESOMENESS!
THE WARNING RULES!
❤️❤️❤️
At the end of last year I went to a concert of The warning in Monterrey and believe me I was surprised to see that most of the fans were young in their twenties, I'm 46 and I felt old lol.
You are spot on about us old farts DPA are like my grandkids and I'm extremely proud of how humble and genuine they are when dealing with their fan base. I'm with you on your journey through TW thank you for this great relatable reaction. ⚡🔥
Thx for the kind words. Us old farts have to stick together!!
Their stage live ( pro recorded) songs have that real actual "you are here and we are devouring you" feel. They literally feed off the audience.
I'm really digging their Teatro concert clips. Great stage, great sound, great attitude!
@@RockandRollRelic Teatro is the gold standard of what I live video should be. It has it all, great sound, great performance, wonderful videography, great stage and lighting.
It has replaced Live After Death as my favorite concert video.
I'm 56 year old female and I can't get enough. I live in Mexico and I was fortunate enough to see MUSE in Monterrey Mexico and The Warning opened. I've never looked back.
Edited for grammar
58 years old rock music lover here. The Warning is the first band to make me feel something in decades. Their music hits so hard and I can’t wait to see them live this summer.
60 years myself and my faith is restored in great Rock once again....we are in good hands with these young ladies....I have no doubt.
If you haven't seen them yet, you are in for a real treat! Enjoy!
100 percent!\
62 here and fully agree!
That feeling pride for them is exactly spot on.
It's strange but true. Can't say I've ever experienced this with any other band before. Thanks for the comment :)
57 here and you nailed it. It's because of the behind the scenes videos and the fact that they have documented thier, what 10+ year, musical journey. I think that's why we feel, pride, protective and share in thier enthusiasm. They are super talented women and I am looking forward to the next album, and the next, and so on.
That pride thing is common. I found them _way_ back and knew they would be even greater than they were then. So every time they do something awesome I am so proud of them.
It's nice to know that there are others out there like me!
@@RockandRollRelic quite a few :)
On point Dude…exact reasons why us older (72) fans are so excited to hear their “True Rock” music… which has been missing for several decades! Good luck with your channel! Warning fans will show you some love! Much love from West Virginia, USA!
Thank you so much Larry! I'm glad you're enjoying what I'm doing. I'm not far behind you, age wise, and I feel like we are impacted by them for the same reasons. Thanks for hanging out with me. More to come!
50 here and feel the same way. this sound has been missing a long time and its finally back, yet it still sounds fresh.
Even their earliest work composed and performed when they were literally CHILDREN; the complexity and sophistication of their lyrics are way over the top!! But also, realize their native language is SPANISH... And they do it song after song after song. These are among the most amazing talents to ever come along to save rock music!
I totally agree! Having a lot of fun exploring this band's body of work!
As a native Spanish speaker that learned English after the age of 11, I can tell you that writing is Spanish is much harder since you have to deal with more rules, English is much more forgiving and therefore easier. The girls have even said they struggle to get songs to sound good in Spanish.
@@JesusVillanueva As a native English speaker who also speaks Spanish, I find Spanish to be easier than English BECAUSE Spanish has rules. Even though English has rules, most of them have numerous exceptions which makes it very hard for a non-English speaker. We have a lot of words that are spelled the same but are pronounced differently depending on the context. We also have a lot of words that sound the same but are spelled differently, again, depending on the context. We have words that sound the same and are spelled differently that mean completely different things such as: "there, their, and they're" or "your and you're." Beyond that, English vocabulary is roughly double that of Spanish (approximately 170,000 versus 93,000). English is a relatively easy language to learn up to about a sixth grade level. After that, you'll spend a lifetime trying to master it. I can see why they would struggle to get the songs to sound good in Spanish because they're written for English. The same would apply if they were written for Spanish and translated to English.
. Actually it's not that they translate their songs, as far as I have seen, they don't. Its that some of their songs are written and performed in Spanish.
See "Narcisista" or "Martírio".
@@11dallis After thinking about it for a while, I could see how it might be more difficult to write lyrics in a language that has more rules with few exceptions like Spanish unlike English where you have more flexibility to phrase things because it is less structured than Spanish.
Your Preaching to the Choir my friend, Great Reaction. I'm 65 and have seen them, 5 times so far, and hope to be many more. They strike a very Primal Rock tone that has most of us older fellas just falling in love with. I have been following them since mid 2016 and feel like a proud uncle watching them progress. They are GREAT examples to all our Daughters and Granddaughters!!!
Amen! Thx for the kind words. They really do have a strange hold on me - not like anything other group I can recall. Thx for watching! Much more TW to come!
Im 62. We too were invigorated by their music that we saw them live in Houston. The majority of the audience were older rockers looking for good music, but many younger rockers were there as well
Welcome to The Warning! All the hype is completely justified, these three amazing young women are poised to take over the rock and roll world!
I'm enjoying the ride with them!
I have been following The Warning since I stumbled on a Ted talk video about 10 years ago. It's about 30-40 minutes and is very informative and entertaining. I too am an old rocker (74). These young women were destined to be rock stars.
A friend of mine told me to check out The Warning a little over a year ago, I was instantly hooked!! I have three daughters, each one a year older than DPA. Right now this is my favorite band, I am obsesssed, and I grew up loving Van Halen, Iron Maiden, Metalllica, Godsmack. I got to see them LIVE at Rockville in May, and went to the Meet & Greet. They were such sweethearts and their parents were right there also... Awesome!!
They are something else! Loving my TW journey...
For me.. 3 Ladies, Sisters, From MX, Killing a classic rock style!, and thought provoking songs... And yes, they are super talented and epic concert performances!! What is there not to like?
It's like they can take everything I like in music from the 60s on and put it through The Warning Filter and out comes greatness that feels both new and familiar.
Agreed. They're something very special.
I love Pau's expressions in this vid. She lets a bit of her earlier Animal out for that one, and it's entertaining as hell. ⚡🤘⚡
She's the best!
Hey - you're spot-on in every comment you make - I'm a 70 year-old and, like you, just adore these young women - they have proved that rock'n'roll will never die, and dragged it bang up-to-date while obviously understanding and respecting its roots.
Am I the only one to see something of Keith Moon in Pau's drumming style? It's like she's captured his wild energy but tempered it with a greater level of professionalism - and to sing at the same time - wow!
New subscriber now - have you checked out Lovebites yet? They're doing for Metal what The Warning are doing for Rock'n'Roll. If you haven't seen them yet, start with their studio version of 'Stand and Deliver'.
Keep rocking until you drop, my friend. Respect, from Wales.
Damn… You have a way with words, sir. I have words… lots of words, but lack your efficient eloquence.
I’m a fan, sir!
@Don-Music
Wow... you're going to make me cry :) I'm truly glad that you're enjoying what I'm doing. I'm new to this and just finding my way around. I've got more Warning coming up plus a lot of other music as well. Thanks for hangin out with me and thanks for the very kind words. Means a lot.
Another Warning ride you need to take is Dust to Dust with a chaser of Choke. Trust me you'll be glad you did. These ladies are oozing in talent.⚡⚡⚡
I'm all over it. More TW reactions to come!!
I'm so glad you mentioned the double bass toward the end. Not very many reactors seem to notice it. It blew me away the first time I heard it. Super fast and right on time.
I'd love to hear more double bass from her. Great drummer...
Hey Man! I am another RnR Relic! I have seen them 5 times, once opening for Halestorm and 4 times headlining small venues (even traveled to Cancun, MX just to see them). I can tell you right now, I have been going to rock concerts for almost 50 years, and I have never seen a better live band. And I have met them 3 times, also their parents and manager, and they are the nicest people you will ever meet. These are the type of young ladies that any parents would want their children to have as role models! And their music KICKS A$$. Future Legends... it's only a matter of time!
I may have only just begun my journey with them - but I can see I'm heading in a similar direction as you!! Thx for the comment!
Just found out about them in January and am thoroughly hooked! Such incredible songwriting and performance. Unbelievable.
Join me on the discovery trail :)
IMO, Evolve is 1 of their best from the MayDay/Error album and tour. It showcases Pau, the drummer, and her skills. Her scream is now a signature point to closing out the shows. All 3 gals are just so in tune with 1 another that you would swear there has got to be some serious backtracking there, but once again, Pau only uses the bear minimum needed to fill in any gaps from the 3 piece. 1 thing of note, when live, these young ladies actually hit harder and are louder than anything on their albums. I've seen them twice. Afterwards my chest actually hurt and my ears were screaming for mercy. Yep, they are the real deal!
I'm keeping my eyes open for them to play live in this area. Thx for the comment. Stay tuned - more to come!
50 years ago at age 7 my first exposure to hard rock was BTO and Grand Funk RR. 2 years ago I heard about this band called The Warning. 3 sisters from Mexico who play rock? Hmm ok, I admit I was skeptical. Can they actually sing? Is some puppetmaster writing their songs? Most importantly for me, can they cut it live onstage? So I listened to their songs, watched their performances. Beyond impressed, I was BLOWN AWAY!! The songs they write are well-crafted, their concerts are energetic. In other words, simply put The Warning is one of the BEST rock bands to come around in a really long time! This old drummer fart is a fan for life!✌😎👍
ROCK ON DPA!!!🤘🤘🤘⚡⚡⚡
No one has said it better. 🤘🕊❤️🤘 They write great songs/melodies. Their pro’s. Seasoned, and still young. They are surrounded by a great group of people. ⚡️⚡️⚡️
I having a great time getting to know these young ladies. They really are something!
@@RockandRollRelic 🤘🕊❤️🤘
The making of this one is a lot of fun too. It’s during the pandemic in an underground parking garage.
The Warning is life, The Warning is passion, The Warning is Hope! 🥰
53, and loving them, wish the girls next door looked like and rocked like them ❤
All of the Teatro Metropolitan songs are bangers, for a start. Just subscribed...
Thx for the sub! I'm having a blast with these girls! Much more to come!
I'm 74 years old and I'm so glad that I lived long enough to hear the best Rock Trio Ever. And that's that's saying a lot. These kids are just perfect in every category. The Warning Live is as good a live act as I've ever heard. Pau is without a doubt the greatest singer/drummer and the heart of this sensational group. Thank You girls for preserving my youth at such a late stage. 💕🎶💕🎶💕🎶💕🎶💕
TW is best that happen in rock, in 20 years... Studio, Videos....and OC LIVE.... they sound fresh EVERY time... I heard all...probably every one 50 times over, STILL...sounds as first time. That is CLASS.
I'm loving my journey with TW. They really have a hold on me!
Lstening to this song is like being on a cross between a ghost train and a roller coaster .
Every one of their music videos are great! But their superpower is how they sound and play LIVE. I'm 76 and thought Rock&Roll has been on life-support for decades......until I stumbled on to The Warning. Along with their music are personal videos of themselves interacting with their fans(who they think of as extended family). Their concerts are an exchange of energy from the band, to the audience, back to the band, and it just grows. I am still waiting for a song that I don't like. I don't think that will happen. Glad you are taking the journey. Buckle up! It's a fun ride!! Subbed for more TW reactions!
Thx Randy for the sub and the comments. Diggin these girls! More Warning to come. In fact... I think I'm popping out a couple more today! Stay tuned!
In one of their interviews they stated that they write the music to how it will sound live.
@@leroyd3480 I remember Ale saying that they never managed to get the sound of their LIVE shows, to be able to transfer that sound, to the studio, until the Error album.
I discovered The Warning just over 2 years ago, and how I had missed this band is beyond me. I'm an old school rocker/metal headbanger and the girls took me back to those days growing up in the very early 80s. It was through a couple of reaction videos (Choke, and their version of Enter Sandman) but to truly experience their PAU-ER (see what I did there?) I needed to hear their recordings plus see the live tracks. I was not disappointed at all. In fact I got the same reaction discovering The Warning I did when I discovered Iron Maiden in 1989 at 13. The same HOLY BLEEP moment hit me! Point of fact, Maiden were my all time favorite band for over 30 years. The Warning supplanted them as my new all time favorite. That's how big of an impact Dany, Pau and Ale are. It hits even hard because I am a life long musician (34 of that is bass guitar) so connecting to the songs from that standpoint is an emotional rollercoaster for me and I love it.
Outside of their music, the girls are the most real I've ever seen. During the lockdown they performed a full concert from there cave (parents basement). Each has a special day where they occasionally do Instagram videos (Dany Day is on Friday's, Pau Day is on Saturday's and Ale Day is on Sunday's). You really get a sense of who they really are, and it is so entertaining. There's several videos of them doing those live chats, and Pau (who loves to bake) made attempts at baking cakes. The other thing is when they'd stream themselves play video games. They are such incredible people and I've never known rock stars to be this wonderful to their audience.
Anyway enjoy your journey down the rabbit hole with The Warning. #GetWarned #DanielaVillarreal #PaulineVillarreal #AlejandraVillarreal ⚡⚡⚡🤘🤘🤘
Thank you for that heart-felt comment. I've been a bass player myself since about 17 (decades ago!!). Played in many bands over the years. Maybe that just helps me be a little more discerning that some... not sure. But I can say that this band has a different kind of hold on me - like nothing I can recall. I do love their wholesome nature and their kick-ass live performing. Really enjoying the ride with these girls. Thanks for hangin out with me while I experience all that they have to offer.
I agree with what you said pertaining to TW, there are alot of old farts like us that are diehard fans. with this band, it's quite common to feel pride or that you feel protective of them. It's because you get to know them from the vlogs or interviews, they are so humble, just great humans, subbed for more of TW.
More to come! I agree about the BTS stuff. Like I've said on a couple videos - it seems like it's a non-stop slumber party with them! and that wholesomeness adds TONS of appeal, at least for me. We've had enough of rock stars OD'ing, bad behavior, etc.
Listening to this new music from a real rock band today is unbelievable. Who else under the age of 30 is making music like this. Their live performance from Teatro in 2022 ranks high among live performances of all time for me. I’ve shared their videos with so many friends from high school (1985 grad). Thanks for the reaction.
Thanks for that. '78 for me :)... but still in the same general musical era. I agree whole heartedly with what you're saying
Fellow 85er here, couldn't agree more!
heck we won't mind😉
Welcome to The Warning R&R Relic! I need to watch more of. you reacting to my favorite band, The Warning! And, yes, I am an "old fart" and they are BRINGING IT BACK!
From one old fart to another - I'm in, baby! More Warning to come!! Stay tuned!
Spot on about that swelling with pride part they do remind me of my own daughters love this band
It is strange, isn't it? To have these kinds of feelings for a rock band? I'm digging it, though!
Scott you'll have to check out their live performance at the MTV video awards.
They performed two songs, "More" and "Evolve"
Their performance of Evolve was next level mind blowing. It's a must see. I even forwarded it to or friend Dan R.
Rock🤘😎
Dan let me know that he had forwarded some of my videos in your direction. He also told me a bit about your relationship with the gals in The Warning. I've become a huge fan of theirs and I thank you for chiming in. I'll be looking for them in concert (I'm in the Dallas area). Thanks, brother!
A Dallas venue should be on the list of their very next next NA tour.
Meanwhile check out all of their live performances at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX. (Excellent audio an video quality.)
Plus they are better live than in studio.
🤘😎
you really got me with that title. When i read it i wanted to scream "if you think they're overrated then you know nothing about good old rock'n'roll"
But it doesn't take long for me to calm down and stop thinking of needing heart medics.
You're totally right, there is some pride when watching them growing more and more. Like being an uncle the don't really know.
Can't wait to see them live again in april. I'm not shure how my old body will handle 3 shows in just a few days but they're worth it to go there.
I'll be honest.... that thumbnail was created to do exactly what it did... GET YOU IN TO WATCH!! :) Sorry! Didn't mean to be dishonest! I'm LOVING these girls. Glad I was able to calm you down!!! :)
you are correct. I'm 72 and they have become my favorite rock band. I can't explain all the reasons why, mainly I suppose because they have reignited Rock 'n Roll. I'm proud to be one of TWA (Maui)...lol and will help support them for the rest of my life
That's awesome! I'm having a great time learning about these gals.
You have an amazing and loveble style in your reactions.... i follow almost all The Warning reactors but your reactions are the very "full package" reactions! BRAVO! subs done obviously! 😉
Those may be the kindest words anyone has ever said to me - excluding my wife, OF COURSE!! :) Thanks for that. You made my day!
Great reaction! I'm a fan
Thx for the kind words. Much more to come!
Old Dude here as well. I've followed them for over 6 years and have watched them grow as musicians, as girls to women, and absolutely staying humble throughout the journey. It makes me have their back to the naysayers, and there are several videos of them playing, whether live or official, that I end up with a tear or two of pride for their efforts. They are like daughters in my heart. And what really makes this happen is that the whole group and the people around them are family or very close friends, which shows in their end product and vibe. Keep Rockin Girls!!!
🤘🙂🤘
Same here i just discovered #TheWarning last month and im hooked immediately their mysic is magic to me...

I enjoyed 🤘
Super power trio ⚠️
Thx for the kind words, Pedro! Rock on!
Welcome to your new addiction you have been Warned 🤘 😎 ⚠️
Seriously... it is become a 'thing'. Just ask my wife! :)
I share your excitement for The Warning’s music. I finally got to see them live last year and really hope I’ll be able to see them again this year. Subscribed for more of The Warning. 🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥
Thx for the sub. There's plenty more a'comin!
They are truly incredible. Was lucky enough to see them this past summer, amazing show. They will be headlining stadiums soon.
56 years here, and I stumbled across these ladies about a year and a half ago when they popped up in a CZcams feed, and I was blown away. I have since gotten my hands on all three of their albums and they're just phenomenal. I think probably the biggest reason why their music rings so well with an older crowd is we remember what real rock-n-roll use to sound like and The Warning have brought it back with a freshness that really gets the blood pumping again. I am firmly on their bandwagon and I've directed a lot of people in their direction. Yes, they really are playing those instruments, and a lot better than some seasoned veterans I might add.
You’ve been Warned 🤘Welcome to The Warning Army they will be coming to tell you everything you want to know about the Best Rock Band on the Planet! My suggestion is to always choose live first and now the challenge for you is to find a song you don’t like! Good luck and enjoy. These ladies are crazy good at any age. 🤘🔥🫶
I must say that, while I've put out videos on many different bands, the reactions to the Warning elicit the most comments! Their fan base are fervent supporters! It's rare, I think, but heart warming to see. Thanks for hanging with me. More Warning coming (along with a lot of other stuff too).
I am another old fart and happy to admit it. This old man has been longing for music like this for a really long time but. Then along comes The Warning and mega slap in my face rock and roll that I have been missing. It was funny, I play R&R during family night with my adult children and even my ex, when The Warning started playing and within seconds my ex goes "wow, who is that?" and that is what these girls do. They are literally like crack cocaine in that one try and you are hooked. Dude, I could hear it in your voice and facial expressions when you started talking about the pride you have for them and the extreme sincerity you expressed. I am here to admit that I am right there with you on that and I am sure there are a ton of old farts like us that feel exactly the same way. My son, the metal head that he is (he prefers the screaming and growling kind) doesn't get my love for them and I didn't have the words and then I listed to you on this one.Man you couldn't have said it any better as to what I think. Thanks and great review.
Your kind words mean a lot to me. I'm speaking from the heart. These kids really do stir up something in me that I don't think I've ever experienced before. Glad you enjoyed my reaction and there are many more ahead! Thanks again
Yeeessssss sirr! Cheers from Mexico! Keep up rocking with The Warning!
Will do!
I’m a 68 yo rocker and the Warning is the Best Rock group to come along in decades and have taken Rock music to the next level !
I have pondered to many reasons why I love this band. Here is my (ranked) top 6 reasons.
1) song-writing - the playing with loud and soft, fast and slow (more than most bands other than Rush and Deep Purple), the mature lyrics and emotions,
2) tightness even live they are in perfect time with each other
3) music playing ability - they play so well, Pau is amazing, the driving bass lines from Ale are sensational
4) energy - gives me an adrenaline rush from both studio and live and they seem to have so much fun
5) variety - I love their fast songs and slow songs. I love The One and it only 23rd on my ranked song list
6) originality I can hear some influences but they are not derivative
The fact that they are female is a very minor reason. I love Rush (3 men). I have not been so pumped up about a band since No Doubt.
I have been watching them since they were were very young. I'm 80 years old and they have captured my love for real rock. The fact that they are women doesn't hurt either.
@RnRRelic - Thank you! You are probably the first reactor to hear and comment on Ale's harmonics!!🤘❤ PS - I'm already an old fart!
The harmonics are subtle - and, I think, if you're not a bass player or have hung out with musicians you probably wouldn't even know what they are! :)
Sometimes I get one of there songs in my head for the whole day😊 by the way I'm 70yrs young
Awesome! We welcome all old farts to the channel :)
Future legends!
I'm truly digging these ladies! They're well on their way to legend status!
Fantastic song fantastic band some of the best new music I've heard in decades.
Great reaction thank you 🤘🤘
Thx for the kind words. It means a lot
Old Fart number 5,723 reporting for duty. A long time member of TWA. Never a dull moment
Nice to meet youj OF5723! Thanks for watching and commenting!
I love to see how family adds power. These ladies embody how the sibling connection can raise music.
I came across The Warning quite a few years ago, and you could see them getting to where they are now. Their cover of "The Pretender" was the conclusive proof for me that they were serious about their craft!
I'm 68 and I just find them so refreshing in their way of looking back, but making it their own sound of "now". Their music rings the bells all over again! They'll be headlining hockey arenas and stadiums sooner than later.
Be sure to check out their newest single "Sick".
Go for it! Any Warning is perfect. They rule rock and deserve the accolades. So creative, so pure and rock harder than any these days!
I found this Group a few months ago and have been enjoying every moment of it!!!
These Girls have been playing together for 10 years!
A cover of Enter Sandman hit the internet and it was on!!!
They tour with their family and people that they trust like family!!!
58 here , been under the same rock i guess. 24 hours into discovery of these ladies and im sure i have bleeding ears and tinnitus now. just bought everything they have on itunes and will spend the weekend on the scooter ramming to these tunes down the hwy.
As it turned out, initially appealing to an older mostly US/UK based demographic had the advantage of gaining supporters with disposable income who would go on to support them through Kickstarter campaigns and then on Patreon (of which I'm one of their Patreon subscribers). This allowed them to remain independent even to the point of playing hardball with Lava Records for seven months before signing a 5 record deal that gave them complete artistic and image control as well as preserving their Patreon subscribers. They are doing it their way and by their way I mean the sisters themselves, not the parents or anyone else, are making all the artistic choices. So every song you hear has been meticulously crafted by them before anyone else even hears a demo. You'll see what I mean by that when you start going through the documentary videos. For now, lots of songs to experience. Carry on...
Thx boss. it's not the destination - but the journey....
Omg you fall so deep in TRH🤣🤣🤣Long life to DPA!!
You must remember... I am an old fart. You'll have to fill me in on what is TRH and DPA????
@@RockandRollRelic The Rabbit Hole and Dany Pau Ale looool
Never been overrated, just Brilliant and real rockers ❤❤
I love your reactions to The Warning. They are very talented musicians! They are rockstars. Rock is alive! 🤘🤘⚡⚡⚡⚡
Thanks for the kind words! More to come!
Here's one 53 yo (male) hard rock, heavy, metal etc. relic who used play in bands too (serious hobby level). I've been following The Warning approx. 5...6 years. They are a gem. One of quite few bands that made me believe that rock and music industry might have some kind of future.
Greetings from the Nightwishland a.k.a Finland 🇫🇮
Hello Finland!! Your background sounds a lot like mine. They also have moved me and have given me hope. Rock is alive and well!
I’m 71. I also stumbled on these women which I’m sure is due to some really good social marketing but the attention they’re getting is well deserved. I can’t ignore them. Sirens they are. Gives one hope that their generation will carry RnR forward long after my ashes are scattered. Warning indeed!
they brought back the energy of rock that I hadn't felt for many years! Energy and freshness, beautiful songs and they kick ass on stage! I'm going to see them in Milan!
64 and fell down rabbit hole in 2021, been drumming since '73 and Pau's taught me so much about drumming while singing! I don't know why she didn't have her headset mic on during this video. Also she is one of the main writers in the band, and she controls the click tracks and STEM's live while they play...and EVERYTHING you hear including STEMs those 3 sisters played. They performed Evolve live at the VMA's a few months ago and her "scream of destruction" was epic...as was the entire song and they played "More" also! BTW you missed one power trio...Triumph!
I love your reaction , and just for that and the support to The Warning , I’m going to subscribe to your Chanel , Saludos desde Mexico 🇲🇽
Awesome! Thanks a lot! More TW to come :)
THE WARNING SON ESTUPENDAS ROCKEANDO. TÉCNICAMENTE MUY PREPARADAS, HERMOSAS VOCES Y ADEMÁS HERMOSAS FÍSICAMENTE, PARECEN MODELOS TOCANDO ROCK WOW. NO SE PUEDE PEDIR MÁS.
TIENEN UN ESTILO MUSICAL MUY PERSONAL Y SON COMPOSITORAS LO CUAL LES AGREGA UN PLUS QUE HOY EN DÍA POCOS TIENEN.😎😎😎
No god awful long assed boring lead guitar solos.
And you can hear the bass.
Perfect timing.
“True professionals” says it all. And they are still late teens/early 20s (the ages of my kids). Rock and roll can never die 🤟🏼
These girls are godesses of pure talent and effort. They deserve every possible attention
Congrats. You may be late to the party but you basically get them.
The Warning and Rush have totally different projects. Rush is a trio composed of three prodigies and the appeal to guys consists of appreciating the musicianship more than the songs. They are playing to musicians guys who, like Napoleon Dynamite, appreciate "skills." The Warning's project is to write fantastic songs with memorable melodic and lyrical passages and pay them exactly the same in every performance, which is why there are guitar breaks but no impromptu guitar solos.
Think about it: How many people are humming Rush song passages in the shower? Probably nearly none.
Now, at 77, I was in high school and college during the heyday of the guitar bands. The Beatles, Stones, Jimi, The Who, Cream, and of those only The Who had more stage presence than The Warning, but the Warning wisely doesn't want to smash their instruments to bits. The Beatles have a huge canon of good songs, but after a while most of their songs weren't rock. Plus, how much of The Beatles' canon is The Beatles and how much George Martin. They do collaborate, but they have total control of their production.
If you look at their audiences, it's a spectrum of age demographics, and yes, a lot of their fans are old guy like me, but also teens and twenties who are discovering that there's something more exciting to listen to than EDM or flashy glitzy hip-hop.
Thanks for the very well-thought-out comment. I get what you're saying. They are a different kind of band. During my youth I was definitely a 'skills' type of fan... loved Yes, Genesis... even went as far as sleeping overnight to get front row tickets to Return to Forever. But these ladies have a different kind of grip on me. I'm really enjoying the ride! Thanks for taking the time to write me.
And... since you made the Napolean Dynamite reference... I made a pretty clever drawing of a 'Liger' that I think you would find humorous. If you give me an email address I'll send it to you - or if there's some other way to get it in front of you let me know :)
