More homeowners are adding pickleball courts to their backyards

Many homeowners are adding pickleball courts to their backyards, in hopes to increase value. Experts say there have been more calls to add pickleball courts than outdoor decks and even pools.

In an appraisal it can add value just like a pool can. However usually not as much as a pool. It will be categorized under sports court.
