Video I edited showing each step my car went through since the day i bought it. My original goal buying the car was to have a quick reliable daily driver. My goal was to get it in the 13's doing nothing more than simple bolt on's, stock motor, no forced induction. There are still quite a bit of mods not shown in the video, but listed at the end.

And to all those people hating on it, leave the damn guy alone! is it your money he's using? maybe he needs the sedan for his family or something. No an S2000 doesn't fit every man's need. Every person has his own opinions on what he wants to build, and that's one hell of a car.

Fantastic Si. Love the respect you're showing by keeping her out of the ice & snow. I gave a '10 Si sedan....wheels/tires/full suspension, Hondata Tune, K&N Air, Invidia Q300 c-b, and a few other items. Fair weather only for mine too. 😁👍🏽

It is nice to see how much you care about your car. I also own a Civic 2008, it's automatic, blue, not for racing. However, for some reason you start to like this car a lot. It's like a friend. Hopefully I won't crash mine ever lol. Good luck! :)

love how tastefully modded this car is. i personally own an 09 civic with 176k on it sadly not an si but still a great car! i plan on getting an si in the near future tho. probably 9th gen since all the 8th gens probably have lots of hard miles on them.

Garage queen and the best car I've owned and I've had far to many; crazy I know but all future cars, regardless of cost or category, are measured against it with few passing muster for various reasons. It is a nice car, but it's not a drag racer. It's a fun, tossable and practical daily driver with a high revver that begs to be thrashed. If you want to go fast in a straight line, buy a mustang GT. Autocrossing makes sense though.

+evan mcelveen they're a great platform and the engineering that was put into a v-tec engine is really incredible. A Honda k series makes more power at a lower psi than per say a Subaru engine with the same psi. That's what's incredible from an engineering standpoint.
It's a car that looks average on paper. When you actually drive one, they're hard not to love. I actually got that exact year/color/style of Civic Si and god damn, how did Honda manage to do everything correctly? I've test driven other cars but they just don't have the drama and fun this car brings from the factory. Get bored and want more power? Install a supercharger/turbocharger.

In my opinion, Honda's aren't as attractive as they were in the 90s. They used be be much cleaner and slimmer, but now they are all too big and bloated looking. I don't get it.
I love 90's hondas too, however I think honda killed it with the 8thgen. Everything since hasn't been appealing to me

Active EJ With the right mods. The big problem with Honda is most of their cars are designed with economy in mind. Cars with V8s are designed with performance in mind from the get go.
