Correct, I thought so. For very sensitive skin, it should be fragrance free. But if the fragrance is a natural source from the key ingredient then it should be okay. I think that's what she is saying. Like pannier rose : it has cooling properties, detan and so on. Also has its own fragrance...

No madam. Moisturizers can be used for all skin types. But we need to pick based on our skin type. Oily skin should choose light weight oil free moisturizer and dry skin can go for heavy ones.
