oh thats cool! when did they extend the pit exit wall? people always use to cut that and gain some good time

I don't understand why they didn't make the pit exit an off track penalty instead of changing the track design. There is no wall IRL, and having raced there myself.. people use that berm to get the right apex on the corner. Now, if you try to hit the apex you have to basically wall ride (as seen in the video). They really butchered T1 at Mid Ohio.

@@Raceboy77 agree there, def better than being able to cut the corner without penalty
The only reason I can think of that they didn't just make it off track is that it would have given them trouble by giving people who are just exiting the pit normally a penalty?
I feel like that would be pretty easy to work around, but what do I know? I'm not a dev 🤷♂️
Raceboy, what are your thoughts on upgrading brakes? Seems like being able to out brake people is a big advantage, but are the upgrades worth the PI?
I usually do sport brakes so I can adjust them. Race brakes do stop a little better, but not often worth it.
Is this the car you’re pretty high up on the leader boards with? I seen you like top 20 on a track w a gtr
