It was in Baltimore at a venue the size of a House of Blues. It was incredible.

GENTRIFICATION. I think its easy to say its about race bc of what it looks like. A neighborhood full of brown ppl being moved out. This is more about low class vs high class and corporations who wants to make the neighborhood middle class. Its more about money than anything. 90%. Some of these places are bought by Chinese companies who have never been to America but did their research and see monetizing opportunities in certain areas. The property value in these HOODS are lower then popular ares by the beach or a famous park. Ive seen a trailer park full of low income WHITE people get bought by a predominantly white corporation to build condos. The only color here is GREEN.
