Coming back here, I've heard Stagecoach won't be buying all of Arriva. I want Metroline to buy Arriva London though

Right arriva. What the hell happened in Kent? You had extensive services. But I've seen. In the last 10-15 years, you have ruined it. 3 depots left which are all in squalor condition. (Less so Gillingham since that's where you ruin historic liveries)
But let's see here, what happened to the 155, why was it cut to borstal? Why was the 402 cut to sevenoaks. Hmm seems like the 297 to Ashford commited die.
Why did you withdraw the 333 and cut the 334. Transferring it to chalkwell and no longer giving Maidstone a fast link to Sittingbourne and the sheppey. Speaking of the sheppey, Sheerness depot how die. People were using it. 176 every 10 minutes? Nah give us a half ass half hour service. NO JOKE. I WAS STANDING AT A BUS STOP ON GRANGE ROAD OF THE DAY WRITING THIS COMMENT. A BUS WAS DUE AT TEN TO THE HOUR. TEN TO PASSING, THE FIVE TO, THE NEXT HOUR HITS, 5 PAST. 10 PAST. nothing. The 20 past turned up but still. Your lucky I didn't need the 176 and I was getting the 183. You see the frustration? AND. you are withdrawing vehicles without viable replacements. You withdrew too many B7TL ALX400s arriva Kent. TW had to bring 6422 back due to a shortage. When will you bring back 6440 to cover. I know you have it still. But yes. Also before I go, go back to your roots arriva. Strong, sturdy well built buses. On frequent, reliable routes. Arriva drivers used to be so happy. I miss when I could have a productive convo with a driver at the end of a route. Now your paying them pittence, they are miserable. I have first hand witnessed drivers getting abused around Kent. Fix yourself. You have a colourful past. If you don't remember. Look at your investments in 2004,2008/9,2011 and 2013 in Kent mostly. Darts and ALX400s in operation overdrive. Enviros in the express line/ Medway mainline investments. And versas in 2011-2013. See the common theming? Reliable. Strong buses. Used on popular, frequent routes and they were well maintained. The problem is today in Kent, the remaining B7s are still roaming around with NONE having a significant refurb since they entered service (except 6402) and none of the versas are left. The enviro 200s are rotting. They aren't maintained anymore 😢 if you buy a whole load of electric or hybrid optares. Some MMCs, some yutongs E10/E12s perhaps. Or U11DDs... You can modernise. And maintain buses. You have proved in the past you can. And you should. I know COVID pandemic was tough. But we're out it now. No need to relax operation. You shown you were one of the best operators. But the practises you perform now. You are falling behind the competition. Heck, Nu venture is performing better then you are the moment. Please arriva, you time and time again in the past shown you can blow our expectations out the water. Just revisit your past and bring us modernisation. Especially in Kent. And give preservationists time to buy and preserve your fleet your withdrawing. Like when your TW 51 plate Gemini bites the dust. Give people a chance to preserve. But yes. You can bring back the past in a modern fashion. It's the only way you can sail past the stagecoach in Kent mostly, with ease or they will dominate. It's never too late arriva.
