Great preview! There’s so much history within the automobile, and diecast across the various brands helps keep that excitement alive. Btw, distribution has become increasingly scarce! Haven’t seen any new car culture!
Auto World is simply the best 1/64 diecast manfacturer out there, in my opinion of course. The models are created with love and passion for the motorcar. I just opened the green 1973 Mustang, and was marvelling at the paint color and depth. The paint is even better than when the line was launched in, what, 2014? And the use of color keyed interiors as opposed to the original practice of black interiors really ups their game. The fact that these are still available under $6.00 is amazing to me. Nothing else comes close. There was a dry spell and darth of new models for a couple of years, but the product release speed is at a respectable level ensuring excellent quality control (I've never had an issue with an AW model) while also keeping things fresh. Although looking forward to the Dodge Caravan and siblings, and the Mitsubishi Starion and siblings, I'm also greatly anticipate rereleases of "old" favorite castings in new colors. A new Auto World model is an event I always enjoy.

Auto World absolutely killin' it with these latest releases. Loved the Lincolns from the last release. Love the Firebirds, Dodge Dart Swingers, Mustangs and the C8 Corvettes from this one.
The way I tell if an Autoworld is an ultra red or not is the interior. The interiors are red on Ultra Reds. I found my first ever Ultra Red a few days ago, the Lincoln Continental Mark V
Nope, not always, some were black and other Ultra Red releases were white. And a few other releases interiors are the color of the version they use for the Ultra Red, either the a or b version
just found the red chase for corvette today at target… but after seeing the color i rather have the bronze thats on the package hahaha that color looks good
@@seismic6435 well in the term of details, yes MiniGT is miles ahead of HW. But they kind of look boring to me, not excited at all. HW always tries to implement that tooner-style to every model they make. C8.R from HW looks like a street racing car from NFS MW. It could easily fit the Blacklist with those stylish decos and chrome 10 spikes. Same with Acura NSX GT3. And that Ford GT from Boulevard set. That's why I love HW.

all is nise great casting, but supra & corvete has a side mirror...no other have...this two model is true casting..without mirror...its look like something falling apart..with mirror 2 models is best👍🤝
@@seismic6435 the car companies will be crazy or mad , so they will be giving rear view mirrors in the cars...blister pack card picture of the car model has a mirror but casting without mirror..🤔😂🤝👍
@@voodoodiecast To me they look more like misrepresented than sloppy - the black panels surrounding the taillights seem to be bit too thick, causing them slightly to overlap with the bumper and not lining up with central black panel, breaking up the line. The paint itself is solid and straight, so I'm guessing it is manufacturing limitation. Certainly not 1:1 accurate, but isn't something I find bothersome. Some would even consider it as an upgrade as it does make the overall look more sharp thus aggressive - fitting for the GT500.
Probably, the best series that I've seen from Auto World .
