60 ppm isn't shit with ammonia just doing routine maintenance on an isolated oil pot will produce more that 60 ppm only thing good about ammonia is its highly efficient doesn't harm the environment and is very detectable at very low concentration with your sense of smell
I'll give this video a like, first of all to honor the brave firefighters who put their lifes at stake to protect us, secondly this video reminds me of the time I worked at a CocaCola bottlung company in Germany, there you also have this huge halls with mashines, containers, acid tanks, chemicals and tons of other stuff in it, as a security guard I used to be all alone at night during rhe weekends which basically scared the shit out of me, even on daytime it was scary as hell. The problem was though, that if there was a technical or fire alarm, I had to investigate myself and this in my opinion is illegal. In the end, I didn't bother to make many rounds so I got fired. The CocaCola company doesn't care about the Guards coming from external security companies, not even a bit. I'm still getting goosebumps thinking about it.

I'm a contractor for these systems as well and 60 ppms is what I have for breakfast.
Yup, just draining oil from the system you will pass 60ppm
60ppm is good for a whiff to wake you up in the morning… Like a good cup of coffee. Draining oil makes my scalp sting… Probably 299ppm… Maximum 😶
I bet the ppl nearby were able to PR in their heavy lifts. And coffee sales probably went down
Anhydrous Ammonia is bad shit to deal with.
4,000 lbs of R717? Probably 60,000 PPM, not 60

Imagine thinking that turnout gear with chem-tape was the same thing as a level a suit.
It could be the only thing they had access to
