@@gimmejr Bingo. They only stay there for the minimum required. Theu give a fk about how old or small the places are since all of them make the same choice and deal with the samecaracteristiques, smal over priced places. The important is to have nice views and terraces to party. This is a gem, just renovate if you neeed to stay all year round in that small neighborhood city. There are NO BIG apartments, and you cannot joint them.
