7:55 that's the key hole for the door so a mechanic can access the shaft
4:52 Judging by the braille on the door, I would say that it was a DOVER install like the first one. I can't tell who did this mod, tho.
Elevator Technology is a brand that I've never heard of before, but my guess is that they were a third-party company that did installs in the state of Colorado.

They both have pluses and minuses. It's always fun to find an old one that I've never heard of before though!

Joe, do you know of many hotels that have 2 lobbies??Think it through. It stands for lower level.
Hmnm... I've never thought about if a hotel could have more than one lobby. My thinking is that there might be one that has really high ceilings and maybe a balcony, so the elevator would have to stop on the lower floor and a balcony floor. Just a thought. I've never seen anything like this before.
