What you mentioned about not needing the latest semiconductor nodes, seems the country is doing exactly that. The minister mentioned in Davos that we are starting with legacy nodes and can graduate to may be 14 nm soon, given the talent pool. Will take more time to get to lower nodes. Seems a logical and attainable policy.

Gen Shankar ji, it is only now that we are understanding why the Russians never bothered to make aircraft carriers. America used them to project "power" but they never faced a modern opponent in war. Today, an aircraft carrier can be sunk within hours from hundreds of miles away which means the American carriers are only for show.
HCL is building lot of Data center big and small in US, HCL has experience we have to get them build the data centers.

Sir I have a Small Business dealing with Cyber Security in US and i have other big partners willing to work with me but the bureaucracy / Purchasing / RFP is a big challenge in India to get work. I tried for 4 years to get some work but was not successful. Many of the State government and Central government agencies are not connected to servers or cloud many systems are standalone and its very difficult to work...

26:10 sir , this sounds great but unless u hold inter iit competitions in these fields irrespective of branches, it won't work, see the current situation is that students like me were getting options like iit bombay chemistry bsc , iit jammu maths and computing btech , so most of students after jee don't know anything about jobs ,etc . they just choose branch without knowing them , my friend bhaiya who graduated from iit bombay mechanical dept is now working in dubai as software engineer , so he told me to go for favourite branch , so it will be more effective if drdo holds competitions regarding these technologies(mentioned in the video) in all iits and providing us facilities too , because most of students(including me , studied in local coaching) are not from rich background , i mean if i don't earn then i would be a nightmare. i hope you understand.

This system will combine all the sensors (space, aerial, land based, sea based) to do early threat detection and notify/highlight it to the manual process.

And above all, profitable and possibly self-sustaining in present or future at least.

I ask this because when i was 7th class, i was madly intrested in electronic citcuits, programming and some more related stuff.
And had a dream to build fighter jets for the nation, later i realised there wasn't any focused course in any college in india and gradually i changed too.
But there may be many who have the same dreams.

@@gunnersshot9829 If the English and Hindi transcription by YT is accurate (you can edit and correct it I think if necessary in the YT settings) then the auto-translate feature by YT allows a viewer to select a language subtitle of their choice in at least ten more Indian languages. For example, you can test how well the Tamil auto-translate works to get an idea.
Enable CC or close captions, choose auto-translate, select Tamil from the list of over 110 languages and then get Tamil or any other language subtitle.
It is essential your content be available in as many Indian languages as YT allows.
