Ahhh I see, gotta keep it on the downlow. It's not a problem, I used to run a mom and pop Meth Lab back in the early 2000's, but then I got my big break on Kickstarter. Soon I'll be as big as Johnson and Johnson pharmaceutical
How this thing works scientifically, 1: Fill it with alchohol. 2: Ignite it with fire. 3: Wait for the fire to heat up and burn through the holes punched through the can. 4: Boil water in a pot and cook up some ramen. 5: put some Tobasco and Sriracha up in there. 6: EAT!!!!!
I think the idea is you wait for the fuel to heat up then put the pan on top of the can to block the big hole. It's called a pressure stove, the hot fuel evaporates and leaves the small holes as a gas, this burns efficiently and VERY clean, it wont turn the pot black. As you are using it, it's just a cup full of fuel, nothing special, sorry.
That is amazing bro great video you help so much. And tbh we dnt just need for zombie appocolypse itl help alot if we have no gas in our meter for our cooker thanx again take care.
That is a very good point but who says you even have a pan to begin with? This is a "zombie survival tip" but more than likely would be used by a lost hiker. I've seen hikers bring along sodas and rubbing alcohol before but very seldom a frying pan.
I was looking at the trangia backpacking stoves last night on ebay and they go for anywhere from 18-49 bucks. Then I remember your video on an alcohol stove made from a soda can.Watched the video and 20 minutes later I have a new backpacking alcohol stove! It works pretty damn good too, thank you for this video.
This is really helpful for the stove during a zombie apocalypse and i can cook with small number of items and never worry about finding a house with a stove and have no electricity
In case of any apocalypse, this will be my #1 priority. Of course, i'll have to make other stuff first, but i will always keep an eye out for cans and alcohol.
Hey man this shit is cool ! Really useful. PS.How it works is simple, the heat makes it a lot easier or alcohol to move more freely in the Atmosphere, and since there is a lot of space in this home made stove, it streams out of the holes.(I guess)
I learned on making my alcohol stoves similar to this one, to make the holes (either 16 or 32) bigger with an ice pick which seems to make more fire come out the jets.
I made one of these. I love using it with a little fan and some heat duct as a heater. It burns from the holes because as the alcohol heats up it turns to a vapor that comes out of the side holes. Vapor is more flammable than liquid so it burns easier.
When the alcohol heats up it creates a gas which comes out the side holes and burns and burns more efficiently that way as opposed to just burning the fuel that's how that stove works if you look up survival stoves or lightweight camping stoves you will find a bunch of videos on that also referred to as penny stove
The holes allow you to burn the fumes of the alcohol rather than the liquid, which helps to conserve the fuel. Your measuring stick is called a carpenter's square and your pin is called a thumb tack.
yes, but in many countries (like mine for ex.) there isn't differences between the ruler and the square (I mean it's ruler every time), so for me it's a ruler :)
Since nobody said it. I think it creates a vacuum drawing alcohol out and evenly distributing it across all vents. The central ring is there to prevent vapor lossage. But your guess is as good as mine.
Thank you so much my dad forgot the mini stove when we went camping and I saw this video and we had two root beer cns and I made a stove it worked great thank you
i have this thing about metal being manipulated like this and i have done nothing bu shiver and i couldnt finish the video, good video i just hate the fucking noises lol
bennie phinisee And what if you're in the mall when that happens? Will you stick around long enough to have a sure death, while searching for that stuff?
The zombie apocalipse will never come. It says in logic becous, if it will be true that whan you kill a person not it his brean he becomes to turn in to a zombie, so the hole planet will be fill up with zombies. And otherwise... I don't like when people are talking obout zombies. But whithaut that, I like your videos. They are helpful for the people who live in slums.
be sure to use denatured alcohol or you'll have issues. The inner sleeve provides for the venturi effect drawing air in and fuel up to make the stove work. The measuring tool you have there is a framing square, like for making the frame of a house. thanks!
I don't know so much about the Zombie Apocalypse but i did try this when I went camping and it worked pretty good I didn't really need it since we had a grill but if you wanna make smores and not share your fire it'll work perfectly haha
Oh, hey, what a neat little video. I seriously doubt the veracity of a zombie apocalypse ever occurring, but that is seriously cool. Now I have a handy little gizmo to cook on. I wonder what the comments thi- *...*
The whole point of the holes is that once it's hot you set the pot directly on the stove, stopping the large inner flame while the outside jets keep burning. This slows the overall fuel consumption and reduces the heat absorbed by the stove itself, allowing it to regulate.
Carpenter's square
I came down here just to see the bad answers but your right
Not its a carpenters square
It's called, "Set Square." hope that helps you
Oh my gosh I love Arizona so much it's my beverage spirit animal
"Sometimes you gotta have a lot of stuff to make stuff, you know?" Truer words have never been spoken.
Minecraft in a nutshell
"some times you gotta have a lot of stuff to make stuff you know ", this is so awesome - love this channel
It took like 20 cans, but i finally made it. I scrambled some eggs with it afterwards.
Colby Maulden I use it to cook meth
Southerneagle83 Aye me too
Colby Maulden want to go into business together?
Southerneagle83 no, I just want to keep it at small scale production. Thanks for the offer though
Ahhh I see, gotta keep it on the downlow. It's not a problem, I used to run a mom and pop Meth Lab back in the early 2000's, but then I got my big break on Kickstarter. Soon I'll be as big as Johnson and Johnson pharmaceutical

The measuring stick that you had at the beginning of the video is called a "square" it called that because it has a 90°angle on it
u r a dick
Nico Cionfrini hold your stupid mouth
Nico Cionfrini he asked that someone tell him in the comments what was the name of the measuring stick and I just answered it
True,.......very true^_^
I really love your videos man! Especially these zombie survival ones,
Definitely Cool! My favorite so far! Success! Thanks for the info

Such work just for a stove... The zombie will have already got me when i have finished.
Well why don't you make one now so you can be prepared
Nate Portillo Yeah.. Good idea, thanks!
love all of your videos... can't stop watching them.thanks...
Dude that was awesome I love home made stoves and camping
That is amazing bro great video you help so much. And tbh we dnt just need for zombie appocolypse itl help alot if we have no gas in our meter for our cooker thanx again take care.
Very entertaining, very cool, thanks.
Your mini survival stove is awesome! I love your videos
Love your channel, great practical survival tactics.
if you put some cloth inside the space it will hold the alcohol and will burn longer.
The only problem is the paint from the can will burn into your food and taint it. In a real survival situation that will be the least of your worries.
you would be putting a pan on top so it wouldnt even be an issue
That is a very good point but who says you even have a pan to begin with? This is a "zombie survival tip" but more than likely would be used by a lost hiker. I've seen hikers bring along sodas and rubbing alcohol before but very seldom a frying pan.

This...is...amazing...
This is really helpful for the stove during a zombie apocalypse and i can cook with small number of items and never worry about finding a house with a stove and have no electricity

AWESOME!
I think... When there will be a zombie invasion, u will surely live! :3 Cool stove
Hey man this shit is cool ! Really useful.
PS.How it works is simple, the heat makes it a lot easier or alcohol to move more freely in the Atmosphere, and since there is a lot of space in this home made stove, it streams out of the holes.(I guess)
The measuring stick is called a T-set square and the pin is a flat tack pin.
Great video btw! :D
Now I need to learn how to cook :P
Can you make a video with that stove in use?
Awesome dude! i'll be ready when the moments come
yow that's pretty amazing bro
Not just for zombie apocalypses, for any kind of apocalypses
I'm...making...this...right...NOW!!!!
you can do all this, or just cut a can in half, dump in the alcahol, and light it on fire
And waste all the alcohol?
I learned on making my alcohol stoves similar to this one, to make the holes (either 16 or 32) bigger with an ice pick which seems to make more fire come out the jets.
I made one of these. I love using it with a little fan and some heat duct as a heater. It burns from the holes because as the alcohol heats up it turns to a vapor that comes out of the side holes. Vapor is more flammable than liquid so it burns easier.
321 people are no fun.
Agreed
Everyone who dosent like CrazyRussianHacker. Because he's the man.
um its not a RULER ETHER ITS A SQUARE

That was really awesome. Supplies are probably cheap and it doesn't take up much space; reusable.

Your measuring stick is called a carpenter's square and your pin is called a thumb tack.
pretty crazy huh
its called a ruler
Its actually called a square
svenypoodles ... nope. it's a ruler ;)
Ivanvad Vadoratora A ruler is straight.
svenypoodles

yes, but in many countries (like mine for ex.) there isn't differences between the ruler and the square (I mean it's ruler every time), so for me it's a ruler :)
thumbs up for me too! very cool. I'm going to make one thanks for the zombie survival tips
Since nobody said it. I think it creates a vacuum drawing alcohol out and evenly distributing it across all vents. The central ring is there to prevent vapor lossage. But your guess is as good as mine.

0:38 It's called a framing square. It's used for making rafters and making sure corners are at a 90 degree angle.
i have this thing about metal being manipulated like this and i have done nothing bu shiver and i couldnt finish the video, good video i just hate the fucking noises lol
Wear ear muffs? :P

VERY cool!!!
I like it and i like the Videos you make
It's awesome! Great vid
first of all I love your videos. Next time try a hose clamp to put the two cans together it might make things a little easier.
be sure to use denatured alcohol or you'll have issues.
The inner sleeve provides for the venturi effect drawing air in and fuel up to make
the stove work. The measuring tool you have there is a framing square, like for making the frame of a house. thanks!
That's actually pretty cool!!!
The flame needs oxygen to... Well you know... And the alcohol fumes also are flammable. By the way awesome vids dude
that's really cool. im def gonna use this.
I don't know so much about the Zombie Apocalypse but i did try this when I went camping and it worked pretty good I didn't really need it since we had a grill but if you wanna make smores and not share your fire it'll work perfectly haha
Damn I'm gonna do this tonight and make something to eat. Just going to boil water so it should be good. Awesome stuff.
Love the videos!
I found this funny cause i was drinking the same type of tea when this came on
i love this vid thanks so much!
You are the best guy on youtube!!
That was cool!!! Gunna make one tomorrow :p just to show friends
The holes allow oxygen into the chamber where the alcohol is allowing it to hit the flames and make them longer. Also to let the food cook evenly.
Oh, hey, what a neat little video. I seriously doubt the veracity of a zombie apocalypse ever occurring, but that is seriously cool. Now I have a handy little gizmo to cook on.
I wonder what the comments thi-

Very good job, and idea, thanks
This is super cool, could help save money for camping too

Cool stuff!!!! That's awesome
