    I honestly think you are nicest soaper on YT. You are so genuinely down to earth and just a pleasure to watch. It's actually because of you I decided to start up my own little Bath n' Body business :) You are such an inspiration to me and I learn masses from watching. I have been soaping for years but always made very plain soaps for just my own personal use. Because of you, I've branched out - using colors, fragrance oils and even attempted some piping! (bit of a hot mess LOL but hey, practice makes it better) Thank you for being my fav YT channel :)

    They are so pretty! Wonderful video and explanation on how you pick your colors, piping tips and your piping placement on the top. Well done! you are not alone with the no wasting of product. I hate to waste and it also makes cleanup easier 😊. I cringe, when I see someone wasting bits of batter.
    Loved to hear about the duckling rescue. Such a clever idea. We always call the speedy little ducklings, "Turbo Ducks", because they are so fast! 😉. Thanks for sharing the duck stories!

    GORGEOUS SOAPS Stacey!!
    Thanks for the not-tutorial Tutorial on piping! It was really helpful. Many videos ago, you switched your camera to the left side and it was much easier to see the piping in action...I get that it's a pain to do, but just want you to know that it really made a difference.
    Thank you for the fragrance & color inspiration...I have a pen pal (of almost 30 years) that Loves Lavender and I have had difficulty coming up with something new...you have given me insight for an individual soap bar for her, as her BD is coming up.
    Thanks again for the lovely video and duck updates! Sly

      SoapsblySly O Aww... this made me so happy! I have tried a few different things as far as camera placement. I don’t mind it on the left side but I can’t see the view finder very well so I don’t know if I’m in frame. I am SO bad at this! I do appreciate your feedback so much! I need a tech savvy person in my life! I always want to do better. Thanks so much Sly!😀💜

    • @soapsblyslyo1379
      @soapsblyslyo1379 Před 5 lety

      @@YellowCottageSoapery Hi Stacey! You could always go "old style," and put tape down on your work space (in each corner) where the edges of the camera sees - then you know to stay in the frame - stay in the taped area. (Like the "making your mark" in the movies, where the actor has to walk into a room and stop at a tape mark.)
      I'm sure whatever you come up with will work great. Sly

    I live in Arizona and the Mama ducks do the same thing here. Swim in the pool with the babies then they can't get out. We used to turn over a lounge chair and stick it in the water for them to use as a ramp. and btw, love your soap design!

    What is in the large bucket before you add the lime and other ingredients. I notice in your videos you don't explain what the liquid is in the bucket? Also, can you share why you move your mold but then bring it back to finish filming? I've noticed you're not the only one that does that so it just has me very curious.
