I only beat him when turning the difficulty to normal, I didn’t wanna save and lock myself out of hard mode after that so I unfortunately didn’t have the essence to try this with I went with Mastema’s as it repels ice and force, ending his turn early if he chooses to go for those, giving him less opportunities to spam Freikugel. The tradeoff there being all the elements it doesn’t cover hit hard of course. It definitely isn’t the most consistent
