I love that kissing scene! is one of the best kissing scene of phoebe and cole!! They have a such strong chemistry ever! so much in love... their love seems so real!!
The problem was that the actors were just too good for the ridiculous writing. They made us believe these two loved each other above all and then they pulled a 180 on us and turned phoebe into an uncaring bitch.
