ILLIG RDK 90 Thermoformer with Dual Axis Part Removal System

The machine that defines ILLIG's commitment to excellence: the RDK90 thermoformer with dual axis servo handling. This system runs over 40cpm and can be tailored to multiple stacking strategies including A/B/C, 90 or 180 degree turns.
The forming station includes trimming capabilities for accurate PP forming and cutting. A secondary trim press or hole punch press is easily accommodated in the modular frame design. Ancillary equipment including a fully enclosed and quiet granulator can be seen in this demonstration video.
