If you launch good you should be able to break high 12s low 13s. I built a stuffed turbo 2.0 last week for a customer and made 340 wheel and went 12.92 in the quarter but his 60 foot was 1.8 1.9 something like that.
Anyways, good stuff! Waking up the car is the best feeling ever. Definitely post your progress at the track!
Will do! I find our elevation up north here causes a lot of slower times than similiar setups in the states or in the south. But I’ll probably hit the track in a few weeks!

Do I have to ship out my turbo to do this?
They can send you the turbo. But if you want to save some money, you can send them your turbo to cover the core cost, which is what I did.
Im jelly that you have a 2.0t manual WITH a sunroof and looks like push start too, ive never been able to find that trim and thats everything i want. Maybe we just got screwed because were in the states 😪
Awww haha I do love it. And yes, it has the push start and nav. The nav system on it isn’t that great though. The only thing I added to the trim was the brembo brakes and LSD afterwards because I wanted those features too.

@@em2attic 20psi. I’m adding a bigger fuel pump, larger injectors, and water/meth injection and dynoing again next year haha. I’ll be able to squeeze out more power out of this turbo! Then onto a bigger turbo eventually. I’ll film it again of course.

@@ChepoWorks I don’t know why it wouldn’t? 🤷♂️ haltech does give you more options with tuning and will still be able to read the sensors it needs 🤔
@@alphagenperformance oh I thought it was something with the waste gate , I was running a tomei turbo on e85 and 1000cc Id injectors , do you think I would run those injectors with a stuffed turbo e85 on the haltech ?

I’ll have to double check when the car comes back out in the spring. I honestly can’t remember. I can get the average for you when I do a pull 👍 it’s going back on the dyno soon because I’m adding water/meth injection and bigger fuel pump and injectors too.
Nice gains on just pump but add meth kit I'm sure you'll gain another 40whp plus brody.

What stuffed turbo did you get ? I have a 2010 2.0T I’d like 400, is that possible?
I got the Stage 2 turbo from turbo parts Canada. And Ya it’s possible for 400+ with a bk1. I’ve helped other gens get around that range with an aftermarket turbo kit. Blood type racing (BTRUSA) has some kits available to get there. You’d need a few other parts though, like bigger injectors, stronger clutch, aftermarket boost control, etc.
@@alphagenperformance do I still need a clutch if my Gen is an auto/w or manual, I have the dual transmission.
@@geobigntall3830oh automatic, i think a few have done it or at least gotten close. I’m not sure at what power/torque the auto transmission will slip. But you can still get some decent 350ish hp kits out there!

@@geobigntall3830 unfortunately I’d say any turbo upgrade isn’t necessarily cheap with the parts required and tuning time, etc. Still looking at a few thousand, especially if not doing the work yourself. And making sure you car has all maintenance up to date as well and running well before the big upgrade.
Have you seen any clutch slips on those gains with the stock clutch ?
nothing yet man. I heard the bk2 clutch can hold up to 400whp, but i guess it's the torque that'll kill it. Next power goal, i'll be upgrading my clutch for something that'll hold 500whp no problem, but still be driveable for street/track.
Hey man, Question. Im putting in a stuffed turbo/ported manifold from TPC in my BK2. I was wondering was it ok to drive before getting it tuned? I need to make about a 4 hour trip to my dyno tuner.
Ya, you should be fine. Just stay out of boost. Definitely don’t try to test it and go wide open or anything as your ecu hasn’t been tuned for the extra flow the stuffed unit provides. We have a customer that’s about to do the same and take almost a 3-4 hour drive to get some dyno tuning done as well.
Hey, aside from the stuffed turbo and the intake, what other performance mods do you have on that helped out the tune? Stuffed turbo and intake is what I’ll currently probably have but what else could help push those numbers up? Also what psi does your turbo push to (if it’s over the stock 15, does the boost gauge bar basically go over 15?)
A catless 3” turboback exhaust definitley helps with spool and horsepower
Are you using the bk1 or bk2 Intake manifold?
Bk2 intake manifold. Just full turboback exhaust and stuffed turbo replacement 👍 Planning on adding water/methanol injection to get a bit more horsepower out of this setup this season! I’ll dyno it and put the new numbers up later in the year!
I’ve got a bk2 2.0t auto fbo on meth and I was wanting to get a stuffed turbo but I heard people can crack the bk2 plastic manifold when you reach higher power, but that’s good to hear it’s holding up for you I think I will hold off on it for now because transferring everything over sounds like a pain. I’ll keep a look out for that video thanks for the reply.
Hey mike I have question so I live in Fort McMurray Alberta it’s 4 hours away to Edmonton it’s where the tuner live so my question is will it be fine to drive my car with my new stuffed turbo all the way to the tuner shop ?
I wouldn’t recommend going into boost at all if you’re driving that far. Just to be safe. Keep rpms low/mid range and no pulls. If it was Dustin you were talking to, he works with me with AlphaSpeed as well.

Sup man, after u installed the stuff turbo, did u upgrade ecu also? Right now i got isr ecu on stock turbo, and id order a stuff turbo...do i have to upgrade my ecu for stuff turbo?..
Nope, you’re able to tune the stock ecu with this upgrade. You don’t need an aftermarket ecu with a stuffed turbo upgrade.

All i did on my car are full exhaust, and sfr can tune, hks blowout vavle, thats all,my goal is to be around 350 max..
@@yourlocalsleepyhead9365 honestly similiar mods. Full 3” turboback exhaust, 94 octane, and the stuffed turbo. I’ll be adding water/meth injection this season to try to get more power as well. Oh and also custom dyno tuned with AlphaSpeed. But that’s it ☺️
TPC claims 375 whp w full bolt ons.?
Some of those numbers were guys also running external wastegate. I’m currently running the stock electronic wastegate. I’ll be keeping it that way until I install my larger turbo setup. However, I’ll be adding water/meth injection, larger injectors and fuel pump and retuning for hopefully higher numbers again this summer! Stay tuned!
E85 fuel would of got your numbers up around 380.
We don’t have E85 at the pump where I live :(
