@@recommended1782Yeah he was pretty clutch in WBC too, and hit a walk off in Japan series (2016 game 3, it's on CZcams), man the hit is pretty much like this hit, 10 innings, right field.
Oh the Japan series atmosphere is pretty crazy, let's hope he did well in October too for us.
Other than the walk-off hit from Shohei Ohtani, nice home run from Andy Pages and nice to see Landon Knack back as well. The Dodgers farm system continues to produce. LET'S GO DODGERS!

Today’s NHK ‘Close-up Modern’ was interesting. The title of the program was ‘The Truth of Shohei Ohtani’s “New Evolution” in the Dodgers’. It seems that Ohtani san strived to master the so-called ‘Ichiro Swing’ in this season’s spring camp. This was revealed by the testimony of the Dodgers’ batting coach. In other words, Ohtani san is trying to combine the swing for home runs when he wants a long hit, and the swing like Ichiro when he wants to advance his teammates. This is truly a ‘two-sword style’ in batting. Ohtani san, are you trying to combine Barry Bonds and Ichiro!

Because it's Freddie Freeman. If he hit one to the gap, with his speed, Ohtani would have scored. But I get what you're saying and I wish the Dodgers would bunt a lot more. Not every game but when the third basemen is playing close to shortstop and the batter is a good or decent bunter then bunt down the third base line. Also do a butcher boy once in a while to keep the third baseman honest so to speak.

But for me, it doesn't matter if 2nd, 3rd, or 4th are up to bat, the game itself tells you what to do at the moment, that's the beautiful thing about this sport!, but anyways, the team got the win! I really hope Dave Roberts plays with more strategy than only hitting home runs
