That is very clear that there is nothing written in Constitution that if any person is not elected on its nomination paper . And if other independent candidates joins that party why cant the get the reserved seats .
But this is clearly written in constitution that all parties after 3 days will get the same reserved seats as per winning ratio.
This issue has been raised because of mis interpretation by ECP of the SC decision . ECP has corcered one party even they have provided all the documents required for them to ensure they are candidate of specific party and ECP has declared them independent candidates . Due to that PTI won candidates were required to join any other party so they were required to join any other party so they became a part of SEC it happened due to ECP .
And as per current situation they are part of a political parliamentary party , they should have been given with reserved seats as per there proportion
