    Hey Vivian! The envelope flip book that you made was so cute!!!😍 I was wondering if you know what the envelope punch that you used was called or where you got it from but if you do, could you please tell me?

      Thank you! I always put most information in the description I think, but most supplies are from we r memory keepers. I used the envelope punch board and the trim and score board!

    I just adore you and your authenticity is what keeps bringing me back to your page!!! I also suffer from anxiety and have spent years in therapy (so proud of both of us) and authenticity is something I crave!!! I seek it out! Keep being you…you’re awesome! And thank you for being part of helping to take the stigma away from mental health!

    I find you delightful. Yes, yes, yes!!! You CAN and DO make a difference. No life is perfect. None. Facebook is a farce. Millions of people have anxiety. Be yourself, love yourself, and please stop comparing to others. P.S. Your channel is great and your crafting is beautiful!

    It is so refreshing to finally hear someone admit that they are not perfect . I am not perfect either and I admit it also. Life isn't perfect, but when you do something to correct it. As best you can, is a journey in itself.. Thank u for being so open. Your attitude has helped me tremendously. Keep safe and keep up your beautiful crafting. For me crafting is my therapy.

      Well Michele, I'm probably going to say it a lot more often! 😊 I spent soooo much time over making the perfect crafts, writing the perfect letter, doing anything perfect in normal life: I don't want to do that anymore. It's about having FUN, not doing a perfect job. Right?

    I loved you yelling at Noes during the video... in English... you sure are comfortable these days speaking english...except for words with “th” in them..lol... I can’t imagine ever being that comfortable with a second language... I took 3 years of Spanish in high school, but was never able to carry on a conversation in Spanish.. I could read a little... my son just finished 3 years of German and finally decided to not take a 4th year.. he said it’s a very difficult language... I tried to warn him years ago... but he didn’t believe me.. but he did have an amazing teacher for 2 years.. and now Scott gets special permission to study in that teacher’s room..

    • @ThePaperLetterBlog
      @ThePaperLetterBlog  Před 5 lety

      It's a mix between both English and Dutch usually, haha! Same with my boyfriend, sometimes we'll just switch to English for no apparent reason. But thank you! Spanish is hard enough, too. I also had many classes but am too afraid to actually use it!

    Ok so I know this comment is quite long after the video was posted but I've been in therapy for... Two years now? Nearly three. For (and here's the list)
    Anxiety
    Depression
    O.D.D
    C.D
    emotional disregulation
    And I have autism but that's separate
    And s*** h***
    I was in lots of hospitals and now I am 105 days clean!! And hospital free 💪💪
    Anyway, unrelated to the video except the bit you said abt therapy.
    Love the flipbook!!! Xx

    hi Vivian :)
    i know this video is a little older already but i just got to watch it as i'm once again, not able to sleep because of anxiety and insomnia. i feel so inspired by your talk about mental health and the stigma surrounding it.
    i was in therapy because of really bad social anxiety and depression for about eight to nine months and to be honest, i didn't feel comfortable with my therapist and she was making assumptions about me. however, when i hear people i can relate to talk about it, it makes me feel lighter and not as bad about myself.
    i just wanted to say thank you, for talking about this and talking about how you are dealing with your anxiety yourself :) i hope you are having a great day!

    • @ThePaperLetterBlog
      @ThePaperLetterBlog  Před 5 lety

      Ahhhh no I loved reading your comment! Thank you! I totally know how that feels, and I'm really really happy I was able to help you a little bit. Having a good connection with your therapist is so important, I can tell from experience! And as I was in group therapy I can only agree that hearing people with similar problems can be such a relief, as we're not in this alone. We're never alone!
      Thank you for your kind comment and for watching the video! Hope you're feeling better today! And if not - take it one day at a time 💗

I’m felling good right now, i’m not alone in this world. thanks for sharing your bad days, yor frustations, here’s my hug 😊. scrapbook, snail mail and crafts have helping me a lot. thank you so much. my english sucks, i’m so sorry, i’m doing my best. ❤️❤️😍😍

      Hello hello, thank you for your super sweet words! First of all, your English is totally fine! Sometimes CZcams does the subtitles automatically, but I don't know how that works. But I'm super happy to hear my story helped you, you're soooo not alone! There are so many people dealing with this every day, and I'm super happy you shared your story with me. Making mail really helps me, too! Hope you have a wonderful day ❤

    I loved the flip book and think I will do something similar for Gary's b'day coming up as lots of different options to do. I will check out Kyra's flip book video as I cannot remember that one. I think I need to watch this a few times to get to grips with it, I am a slow learner!
    Thank you for sharing and hope Noes is behaving herself now! Happy crafting to all :)

    Lovely flipbook, 😀 😁is there anyway you can narrate and STAY ON making process of this video instead of irrelevant topics? I hope you can take this an constructive criticism. 😉 😊
    I'm sure you are a fascinating, unique & talented young lady. 😺 😸 IMHO, there's a time and a place to share about your personal life,, I"m sure you can make your own vlogs about your daily life ( & title the video as such) and you will build a DIFFERENT AUDIENCE than the ones that are drawn to this particular video. There is a reason why your viewers chose to watch this video as it is titled. We are interested in learning about how to make an envelope flipbook. 🙂 🤗
    Perhaps part of the reason you have anxiety regarding narrating your video is your fear of your audience not receiving it well?🤩 I can assure you, finding an appropriate audience would be the key to whether of not your narration would be receive well, and because of your video title, many people will feel misled 😌 with your verbal content and, you are more likely to get a dissatisfied audience😤 since content relevency is extremely important on a youtube video.
    I never mute a video because as long as the narration is relevant to the making process of your art, 🌺 🌸I am interested to hear, however it is very disappointing when the content narration is a mismatch to the title presented. Again, your work as an artist is lovely, I hope you can present it in a more irrelevant way in the future to keep and build a growing audience. Take care😎

    • @ThePaperLetterBlog
      @ThePaperLetterBlog  Před 4 lety +1

      Hey hey, thank you! I get your feedback, but the audience I've built is here for both actually 😉 I'd like to invite you to read some of the other comments, as many of them are related to the what you call irrelevant story. I started my channel to share crafting and penpal ideas, that is true! But I found out that sharing my personal story can help people from all over the world. The amount of messages, comments, and personal letters I receive about this, about how my talking helped them, are enough to keep me going! I am sorry to hear you don't like this, but while I try to switch between story and video narrating I will continue sharing my anxiety stories. I can't change something that works, and that makes me stand out, and that I ENJOY doing only because there are some people who don't enjoy it. I'm sure you'll understand! The thing is, I create what I enjoy creating. And if there is someone who is not into that, well, bluntly said there's a ton of other creators on this platform 😁

      @@ThePaperLetterBlog 🐶 🐱 🐭 🐹 🐰 good for you! 😃 😄I'm glad you found an audience that is interested in both♥♥. 👍🏽 I was just sharing my own opinion 💙 💜and what I enjoy watching and what I THINK most people like myself 👱🏽‍♀️would enjoy but surely I COULD be wrong🤷🏻‍♀️, and perhaps there are others out there like me and perhaps not,🤗 🤩 but either way your work is lovely and best of luck to you 🐵🥰
