Love Kittl and this tutorial, as I'll be creating a logo for a brewery!! Just getting my feet wet, as I'm used to using Illustrator but the one thing I don't see, is the ability to add a border or stroke on the outside of text? (Or when using Illustrator, Object > Path > Offset Path). I will look further, as this is my first time doing a tutorial but keep up the exceptional work! Cheers!
Hey there! You can actually add a stroke to any text over in the right side panel, and if you add an effect or decoration such as 3D shadow, you should see another border weight slider down below it that will give you an outer border (or an offset path so to speak). Hope this helps!

Say, for example, can I use it as my logo or as channel art on CZcams or do I need to get a licence for that? I'm just an amateur trying to learn the basics of design. This process makes Illustrator look like a guy trying to start a fire with with a squirt gun. Just the bevel, drop shadow and letter gradient effect alone would have taken easily 30 minutes to create.
I noticed there is an option to buy the App. Of the vintage font bundle. I own my own T-shirt print shop and I'm looking for an App to put on my website where customers can design a t-shirt and I can print that image on apparel for them. Would that app. option work on my website? Thank you

I think Heritage Designer is really great! Some of the menu items are not intuitive to me. How do you abandon a change that you're making, such as changing a color? Is it possible to "undo" something?

@@emjay3212 Well, you can't actually export project files from HD, only flattened files that don't become editable anymore. So if they end up in Canva, they would just be images and slightly useless at that point. And we have tons of licensing policies in place, so if we ever see this becoming an issue, we can sort it out :) Thanks!

Can the final logo be exported in various artwork formats (i.e. - Ai., .Eps, .Pdf, .Png) for clients use? Vector being the preferred file format.

Hey, we have PNG and JPEG export on the standard plan and also PDF and SVG export on the pro plan :)

@@squidskunk You can export at PNG and JPEG file types for free no problem. And you can go to your subscription page to see the pricing options for the other two. Everything is completely transparent. And currently, the Designer is still in beta. Cheers.
