I think this was an episode Conan later stated he had a fever while doing the show and he was trying all he could to keep things going despite wanting to pass out at the desk.
@uniqueurl a fever is just having a high body temperature and is what indicates you are sick but isn't a sickness itself. For instance if you have a high fever you most likely have the flu. And we have no idea what his temperature was at this moment. you're gonna randomly correct someone for no reason then at least get the facts straight
I wonder if it would had been better had he just swallowed his pride and accepted the 12:00 slot for 5 years, he be the host of the Tonight Show. Jimmy Fallon has 6x the audience Conan does, despite being no where near as funny.

I am glad that Conan left Tonight show, you have to respect yourself first but even if Conan was running tonight show I doubt he would be able to keep up with Jimmys (Kimmel and Fallon) and their online game. Conan was/is the last true late night host but in this time that is not a good strategy. I know that this is reply to 6months old comment so forgive me for that.
