Candles definitely belong in a craft room! Just remember to light them and enjoy the aroma as you work. It feels like pampering yourself. TFS
Thank you. That's so true : ) xx
You can make your own wet wipes with cloth paper towels
Thanks that’s a good idea.
I do use wet wipes but I have also made my own. You need a kitchen canister or container with a lid, a roll of paper towels, 1/2 teaspoon of baby shampoo (dish soap is too sudsy, use less if this is your only option) and about a 1/2 cup of water. You cut the roll of paper towels in half (assuming they are tall rolls like we have in the US). Mix the water and shampoo/soap and pour into the canister. Place the paper towels in the canister standing upright. Once the liquid absorbs through the roll, remove the cardboard core if your towels have one. *you may need to add additional water if your roll is larger or use less if your roll is smaller.* Pull your wipes from the center of the roll or from the outside. Place the lid on the canister and you just made more earth friendly wet wipes. :)
Thanks so much. This is so helpful 😊❤️
You did a great job with tidying up your drawers in your studio room. Thanks for sharing with us!
Thanks so much xx
I still have a pack of wet wipes in my craft room, but I try and get the water ones so I don’t smear lotion on my craft mat. Most wipes these days are biodegradable so a bit better, but I don’t buy them for my face anymore, I just use crocheted pads and micellar water xxx
Hi Emma, I know what you mean, I've gone back to flannels for my face now xx
Great video it’s so true small areas little by little. I have that one kitchen drawer that needs a declutter at least once a month it’s the fast food coupons and the take out menus it adds up and gets messy. Have a wonderful weekend xx
Thanks so much. Yes, things build up. Have a lovely weekend xx
I do use baby wipes in my craft room they are plastic free ones, I don't use make up wipes and I've never used baby wipes before for any other reason, I've only been crafting for a short time, I haven't used even one pack of 60 yet so I'm ok with it, I recycle and I don't eat meat or fish so I'm doing my bit where I can ☺️
I totally agree, we all do our little bit to help where we can xx
Love this video but I have a question. What are you usin the staplers for? I love the green ones but never seen anybody use it more then put pages together 😂
Just a regular stapler. I use coloured staples loads in my pages.
I use baby wipes, the biodegradable ones, I use them in my craft room and round the house
They are so handy aren't they?!
You can take the drawers out! Remove the 2 screws then the drawer comes out
Ade's had to do that a few times when I've had things lodged down the back, but it's a faff.
I don't use many wet wipes.just use a damp clothes.
Me too.
The pens 😂😂 I literally have just done mine the other day. I get stick for having so many but get them brought home for me from “Costco shops” so not all my fault!
I know. I love your excuse LOL
My excuse is that I used to teach craft classes so I used to buy them all in bulk. They are so old.
I use detol antibacterial wipes, instead of baby ones x
I used to like those too x
If I have alot of stuff to sort I never throw it away I give it charity or I give it my friend who as a craftshop it's a new one that as opend.
I do that with stuff that can be donated. Today the stuff was super old though and not worthy of passing on.
Hi there I use baby wipes and microfiber from Warwickshire Coventry UK miss Karen ADKINS thanks you
I never have alot of pens so don't need to sort mine.i was unemployed till I got this new job. So couldn't afford alot of pens.
