I am always on the diabetic diet. All I got to say is learn your carb....or....idk I forgot, haven't been in the hospital in a while(good job self) but there is a point goal system, learn your max for the day an make lunch an dinner big, nights absolutely suck, atleast where they take me it sucks at night. Some of the old nurses seem to never understand I am a type one diabetic and wait till my blood sugar gets in the 60's then start running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
Do you guys rotate the position daily or regularly? Because the daily repetition movement will hurt a part of your body with time. Especially the one has to carry the trays onto the table and hot food person who has to carry the heavy plate combo from the window into the tray.
They do rotate the positions, the only person that doesn’t rotate is the EXPO. The expo is done by the Lead and they are responsible for putting the hot food on the tray.
Is the Expo position the gentleman in blue? The Dynex Pellets with the plate are heavy, if he carries everyday full shift, eventually his wrists and elbows will hurt.

I do most server positions inside the window, and now my wrists and elbow are hurt :(

This process has been working just fine for these past 8 years. Our census fluctuates from 214 to 300+
