Remembering Robin Williams

There are so many people who have helped CAF along the way. One of those is our dear friend, Robin Williams.
For many years, Robin was an incredible supporter of CAF’s mission. He participated in the San Diego Triathlon Challenge for 11 years, competing side-by-side with challenged athletes on Team Braveheart, a relay team with Rudy Garcia-Tolson and 2-time IRONMAN world champion Scott Tinley. He received the Jim MacLaren award, CAF’s highest annual honor, for his great contribution to the CAF mission in 2002. Robin also joined many CAF cycling events.
Robin always said that “It’s like coming back to family” when he returned for SDTC and as family, we can’t thank him enough for the support and energy he gave to CAF.
