Here's some tips for that lung shit.
Stand or sit straight to let more air in.
Try not to pronounce the "h" sound as it can expel some air.
Try not to breath out at all and breathe in slowly, but not too slow.

4:22 80% 3x and now take a 5 minute break drink water or honey to help with throat and no dry lips!!!. Now after 5 minutes do 70℅ again and 80% again and then go to 90%

5:42 100% do this 2x take a break go back to slower versions do 80% again 2x and then go to 100 again until you get breathing techniques.
6:16 110% go have fun lol impress your girl or the BROS
