When you're on a sloop it feels like 90 of encounters are bigger boats. It's almost never a sloop.

@@siegfrico1428 for me its mostly brigs but one time a grade 5 sweaty portal hopping brig came in and started tryna take our server over so we fought them and just crapped on them but we couldnt sink them, they ran with the wind and portal hopped out

First half of video exemplifies why Im taking a break from SoT for a while. Rare is killing game for solo with the hyper speed respawns and bugs like "get nekkid" or "wow I litterally shot the guy twice and hes still alive"

It is unreal how many times I have been sunk recently by Grade V Reaper ships with the Dark Adventurer Sails ever since I came back to this game last month, but way to show them who’s the boss Pace, keep up the plundering 👆🏽👆🏽
That's why my arena substitute is server hoping till I find a reaper and then sloop in with just stock supplies and a pocket and go full naval on them.

I had the best random galley crew last night, we sank 4 ships two brig's sloop and galley, but we were just doing veils just kept getting attacked, so we had to sink them, the galley crew put up the best fight they were sweats, all DA stuff I just hit 8 million, idk if it's worth the gold.
I was on Xbox though.
Something like this happened to me once. A brig started trash talking to me and my crew mate. During the fight we actually got them to flee. I assume they learned a lesson to not trash talk because we didn’t encounter them again in that server. To be fair though we were sailing around them while they were stationary so I guess that contributed to our semi-victory long story short. I say semi because they didn’t sink but neither did we. We would have pursued but we were in the middle of a talltale so we didn’t.
Could you beat this fight with a max of “250 cannonballs” ?

When you are playing a bigger ship, you are often the only bigger ship on the server. So you have to get rid of the sloops in order to get some brigs or galleys on your server, if you don’t want to mindlessly hop for hours. How about you find some friends to play with instead of complaining about the recently massively buffed solo slooping

I've found the easiest way is to make them waste their time and supplies while chase you for a bit. Sweats absolutely cant stand it when it isn't a quick sink, they start getting desperate and make idiotic mistakes.

I don't think none of them were triumphant seadogs, they didn't have title. There was only one with one piece of clothing from the triumphant sea dog set and it was the belt which only require to play 5 games with glorious seadog clothing. To be honest they kinda look sweaty, but seems really average overall, not sure why pace ran away for that long.

Good fight. I will say I know it happens to you but not everyone that makes smart plays is sniping. Pre firing at the fort is a pretty straight forward play. Well done to sink a bigger crew though, that’s what its like for normal players being hunted by your galli crew lol.

@@Nomis242 If you watch until 13:50 you might notice that Pace snuck to the ghost fort and was about to fire a cannon, but they started shooting cannons at him before he shot. Now, you could argue that they predicted he would be there, but then you gotta wonder too how their aim was almost completely accurate as to where he was since they can't actually see him. It's just really suspicious. I'm not really trying to say they are hacking.
