    Hello, my wife on open work permit, and she is working as a child care assistant for a child care for more than a year. Does her employer can apply for an lmia to sponsor her and is it possible for her position especially to be approved?

    Hello, I am looking to apply for ICT program. I am a business owner with office in India and USA. Looking to expand to British Columbia, Canada. Do you think I can apply for ICT program for myself also wanted to know can i apply for BC PNP Tech program for the same company and hire my wife or myself?. Also i heard the I cannot register a company at federal level without a Resident Canadian, is that true. If it is can i register for BC province and still follow the above 2 paths?

      BC PNP does not allow skilled worker to own 10% or more in the company that is sponsoring them.

      You need a Canadian director for federal Corp - but of course you don’t need one for a provincial Corp. have you reached out to our office yet ? We can assist with your case if you need any support or would like to outsource the entire process. Work permit to PR

It's actually not a formal quote :-) If you give the green light to our office that you have a budget, we can check and then link you to Reza & the business immigration team directly (they will assess, get on a call, and quote fees for your specific case) - this is offered for eligible applicants only.
