Personally i would pick Alisson over Mendy. Mendy is an amazing keeper, a world class keeper but for me personally Neuer, Alisson and maybe even De Gea ( De Gea in terms of saves) are probably better. Look, i think the way Chelsea run their system makes the opposition have less clear cut chances thanks to their amazing defensive system, so what i am saying is Mendy doesn't have to often make big saves because the defence and midfield makes sure that they don't give the opposition big chances so as a result, whenever the opposition does get a chance it's not really a clear cut chance or a great chance which allows Mendy to save them, and when the opposition does get great chances, Mendy often concedes . Like Liverpool play with a high line and whenever a team tries to attack they do get clear cut chances and Alisson saves them so many times, as for De Gea, I don't think we even need to talk about United's defence, De Gea always has to make big saves thanks to United's not so good defensive system. If you talk about clean sheets then you can probably say Mendy, but i think he gets clean sheets because imo, he is covered by the team that has the best defensive system in the world. Like i think if Mendy was a keeper for Liverpool or United, he wouldn't be getting anywhere near as many clean sheets, many saves and probably wouldn't even be recognised as 'the best'. Some might also say Ederson, but i think he has the exact same circumstances like Mendy. However, recently Mendy has been really good and i think that's probably because chelsea's defence have weakened a bit recently, so i think in the end of the day, it also depends on the system their teams play but overall in terms of saves, good on the ball etc.. Alisson overall is a better Keeper for me.

Looking at this after the games and I have the same opinion as before it. Chelsea defense under represented here. They were the clear better defense on the day and someone like Kovacic would deserve a spot imo. LFC forwards deserve all those spots though

@@jackfuller1478 Kovacic is not a better passer and Mount has been excellent whenever he's played, only a couple of injury spells have stopped him. Kova is great but Mount holds the entire Chelsea system together, without him we fall apart in attack. His industry and creativity is vital to this Chelsea team. Not to mention he's our top goal contributor this season.

Massive respect for mendy but alisson has to be there. He is a more complete gk, has been at the top for a longer period of time and won more trophies than mendy has and is also more vital to the way liverpool plays
What actually makes him more complete,, he’s so bad with his feet so don’t say he’s complete… Ederson is what you call complete,Alison makes saves but he’s made more errors leading to goals than Edeson and mendy combined so you don’t call that complete
