No confusing what your little corgi was saying when he stopped walking in the heat. Thanks for the video. Are these places safe? I'm from around Portland and it's become increasingly unsafe in wooded areas as of late. I'm going to visit a friend down there soon with my pup. Also, I saw that the outer areas of the La Brea Tar pits are dog friendly (leashed).
Yup these places are safe. Sorry to hear that it's becoming unsafe in Portland. That's unfortunate :( Is it unsafe because of aggressive dogs or humans?
