Fine buck, and fine shot! Your story about coming home in the middle of the night brought back a memory of the summer I turned 4. Lived on the end of a 4 1/2 mile dirt road. Dad worked out of state building I-80, got shut down for the rest of the week. I was awaken by dad screaming "It's me, it's me, don't shoot" in the middle of the night. He'd came in the backdoor, dropped his things, seen the glint of Moms 16 ga coming around the side of the dinning room doorframe. Mom would of pulled the trigger too, had before on farm gas tank thieves You and yours have a Merry Christmas and God Bless you all..

The one thing I remember was there was never a day when the wind was blowing a pretty strong wind which drove me crazy! And yes you need to take your beautiful wife for a nice dinner date! The best thing you said was when you told mr brown that you love your wife to death! There’s my thoughts on your video today. Glad you’re home safe! Very nice deer! I used to go with my husband when he hunted. I would give anything just to have him again. He died with brain cancer four years ago after 40 yrs of marriage. He leaves his legacy with our three sons and four grandsons and two granddaughters. Yeah those girls will hunt I imagine and ballet dance! lol already dancing at the age of 3! What I have is good memories and I refuse to lie down and wallow in grief and pity. His life meant more to me than that. It’s very hard though bc our love was so strong. David Putting up traps, baiting with many bags of corn $$$$, sleepless nights being woken up at all hours of the night by the camera notification on his phone of hogs under the trap, then dropping the trap, getting up and 3:00-4:00AM, Driving gas out $$$$$, Dispatching the hogs, Working in Rain with Mud, Getting Vehicles Stuck, all that dragging and loading and hauling them to recipients, on duty 24/7 working sick or well, and trapped 155 hogs! All these Hogs removed will certainly make the food plots better and more food for all the deer on that property. Which will make the Hunting there better due to the absence of those Wild Hogs. Or at least for a couple years until the Hog population gets big again in that area...... So David’s efforts and Dedication to do that for a opportunity for him, his wife and Son a chance to hunt there this year. YEAH NOBODY CAN SAY WITH ALL THAT SACRIFICE THAT HE DIDN'T EARN OR DESERVE THAT BIG BUCK. Regardless of what anyone says, the one who harvested that Buck on that hunting club, the Good Lord couldn’t have gave it to anyone any more deserving. Yawt yawt just want to congratulate you on being a good father and good husband, my dad was a big hunter but also a big alcoholic. I wish I had a father figure like you that works as hard as you do and teaching your sons to grow up and be great men like you. I wish I was taught how to hunt and I wish my dad chose me and my family over his sickness, but again congratulations on being you and thank you for setting a good example for young men like myself. David Putting up traps, baiting with many bags of corn $$$$, sleepless nights being woken up at all hours of the night by the camera notification on his phone of hogs under the trap, then dropping the trap, getting up and 3:00-4:00AM, Driving gas out $$$$$, Dispatching the hogs, Working in Rain with Mud, Getting Vehicles Stuck, all that dragging and loading and hauling them to recipients, on duty 24/7 working sick or well, and trapped 155 hogs! All these Hogs removed will certainly make the food plots better and more food for all the deer on that property. Which will make the Hunting there better due to the absence of those Wild Hogs. Or at least for a couple years until the Hog population gets big again in that area......
So David’s efforts and Dedication to do that for a opportunity for him, his wife and Son a chance to hunt there this year. YEAH NOBODY CAN SAY WITH ALL THAT SACRIFICE THAT HE DIDN'T EARN OR DESERVE THAT BIG BUCK. Regardless of what anyone says, the one who harvested that Buck on that hunting club, the Good Lord couldn’t have gave it to anyone any more deserving.
