When will people LEARN STOP RESISTING ARREST.

When will police learn the law to the same extent ordinary citizens are expected to know the law. Police are under the impression anything they say is the law, regardless of what the law is. Resisting an illegal arrest should not be a crime to the citizen; conducting an illegal arrest should be a criminal offense to the piggies that do it.

Well… True, but you’re missing a huge piece of the issue. I’ve seen several people who have been beaten or roughly handled by cops because the cops thought the person was refusing to respect their authority and “comply“, but the person was really in a medical situation. One woman lost a chunk of her brain due to a cop not understanding it was a medical situation. He didn’t beat her anything on that one though. Other people have been beaten when they were going through a seizure and after you come out of it and you’re disoriented. And this is even though their family members around them told the cops it was Medical, but the cops blocked that out or something.
So if you’re going to mention that people should just comply, you also need to mention the cops should do better.b
