Not a bad looking city, from the little piece of it shown. Nicely laid out, and quite organized. I wonder what the safety issue is there. People safety and the likes. Many places in Nigeria are known for kidnappings and crimes of all kinds. Especially cities. All the same, your clip is quite wonderful. Great job, David.

I always say it that Port Harcourt people are rude and daring. You need to explore the GRA, the area they have the stadium, Lekuma(my spelling might be wrong), etc. Trans-Amadi is overrated because it is busy but not very appealing. I stop going to Port Harcourt after been intimidated twice.

Please Bolt drivers are friendly in Port Harcourt. I prefer to use them and I enjoy their services. When I was Abuja, the Bolt drivers I met there were rude and It will unfair to conclude that Bolt drivers in Abuja are rude. You didn't show Micheal Gardens at Pleasure Park, Old GRA and new GRA. They are a lot of pleasant places your video didn't capture. THANKS ALL THE SAME.

the situation in Port Harcourt is not different from what you see in this video. However, in terms of the economy, things are on the high side now not just here but all over Nigeria, due to an increase in the price of fuel, high dollar exchange rate, and shortages of food in Nigeria. Nonetheless, people are surviving and doing their best.
I probably prefer pleasure park in Port Harcourt to Millenium park in Abuja which might just make this the best park in a Nigerian city yet. Just thinking aloud

The aim of the video was to showcase what Port Harcourt looks like not whether it's Nigeria's biggest city or not. Who did size of city help. Let's even say we agree that the Metro area of Benin city is bigger than that of Port Harcourt which is false anyway, does that make it as developed economically or structurally. I think what counts the most for Port Harcourt in my opinion is that it is Nigeria's third most important city after Abuja and Lagos and is Nigeria's principal hub for oil and gas activities. It sits in the second richest state by revenue generation in Nigeria. It has Nigeria's third busiest airport for so many years up until before covid19 with a minimum of 1m passengers per annum (only Lagos and Abuja airports have more total passenger traffic although Kano has more international traffic perhaps thanks to Haj in addition to the highly commercial nature of Kano). Even if you chose to discount the flyovers which certainly helps reduce the traffic, the road network has improved greatly in recent years and Benin city is simply no match for it at all. As it stands, in Nigeria, outside of Abuja and Lagos, the closest Nigerian city to Port Harcourt in terms of relative importance will be Kano as it has a lot of economic activities and reasonably developed road network. Kaduna is also not bad (there's a lot of urban renewal going on there). Enugu is ok (the real estate will impress you) and Ibadan is nice in certain sections of the city. The likes of Uyo, Asaba, Owerri, Calabar are a different category as they are not in the same size category as Port Harcourt, Ibadan, kaduna and Kano. Benin city is big but development is not far reaching and many areas look run down kind of. I only like areas between Sapele road and airport road which is not up to a quarter of the urban area. My thoughts though
Port Harcourt never changed. No good development. I have been to the city several times right from childhood but I can't not see good change. Our leaders aren't good
