is it possible to add a thin layer of padding in between the leather in the palm? The area you showed us with the glue. My Heart of the Hide Rawlings palm feels very thin and fastballs hurt. Is this something people do?
Hey Jason! That is totally possible to do! I know a lot of people that have done that, or get the dual cores! Let me know if you have any more questions
@Mitch Lums I really appreciate it. I already have a standard heart of the Hide. What would I do. Unlace the heel and the pinky side palm. Seperate the glue. Push in some thin fabric then add glu on both sides? Then relace?
I found the felt on grainger, gonna get F3 felt. But what kind of adhesive should you use that wont react with the leather long term.

Carpenter trade has some adhesive on their site!
You can also buy it at Glovesmith Super Store (usasportsdirect.com). Just go to the page and look down the left side for the link "Grease". It is often called glove grease (don't know why).
How do you get pine tar off of a glove?
I usually use a brush or cloth with some ph neutral leather cleaner

The adhesive was still there and I put it back after the video! So it's all good. If there wasn't a lot of adhesive, it would have been bad
Do you charge anything for relacing gloves
I charge $45-$50 depending on the web!
