    Very high spin!

    I play the RXS and it's worked out great. I get more extra rollout on my drives and plenty of spin on my approach shots.

      Nice! So glad that ball works for your game. 😁

    I remember it this way ....all 4 balls are tour B,... X AND XS are tour speed XS is extra spin,...
    RX and RXS are regular speed 105 & under, RXS is extra spin

    Very happy to see a positive result. This was the ball I used in the UK and was great for my game. I agree with you about this name. I had to be sure to remember the RXS part. Another great and honest review. I will have to stick with my Inesis 900 ball because it is readily available but if I see the RXS or the Laddie, I will buy to compare.

    Drove a 320yd par4 with a 3 wood! Two bounces before the green. ABSOLUTE INSANITY!!!!!

    The name? Just look for the Bridgestone Green Box. They're the best! (RXS)

      Lol that's actually really smart. I never thought about them color coding them the way they do. Makes it a lot easier when the names are different mixtures of alphabet soup. 😂

    Ball is BEASTMODE! Real sleeper..

    I play the RX which is firmer than the RXS. I get much more spin out of the RX, on the launch monitor. Firmer usually equals more spin (such as Prov1x over Prov1)

    • @GolfBallAddict
      @GolfBallAddict  Před rokem +1

      It can depending on your swing speed. Slower and mid swingers usually get more spin out of softer golf balls. However once you reach a certain swing speed firmer is the obvious choice. Just out of curiosity, what's your swing speed?

      In general, a high compression rating (for a harder ball) means that the ball will spin more. But I agree your swing speed can change the theory. I agree the Bridgestone are great either way RX or RXS.

    From what I've seen in other reviews of the Kirkland Balls, they are very high spin. I'm going to be interested to see how it compares with this balls. If it is comparable, it would be hard to buy these at $50/dozen instead of them at $35/two dozen.

    • @GolfBallAddict
      @GolfBallAddict  Před 2 lety

      It's honestly hard for me to recommend any golf ball over 40$ a dozen. Unless maybe you're a scratch golfer playing in tournaments. Otherwise there is too much competition.

      @TS_Esquire Před 2 lety +1

      @@GolfBallAddict I think your longest driver average was using the Cut Reds. Through Walmart, that's 20 for 2 dozen. That's just an incredible deal. I actually gave them a shot because of that video. I have been playing them and have my Wilson Zips on the sideline.

    Been playing this ball for a few rounds and really like it. Found the Maxfli Tour a bit too firm. Can you tell me how the new Vice Pro Air compares to the B RXS? Looking for a 70-ish compression ball that is not too low. I’m a 72 year old with driver SS around 85. 10 index who relies on a good short game.

    • @GolfBallAddict
      @GolfBallAddict  Před 20 dny

      When it comes to short game spin, the Bridgestone sits a top the throne. I think the air has better distance numbers, but if the green is your money maker, the Bridgestone has the edge

    I find these really challenging to chip and they react very differently than a firmer ball.

    • @GolfBallAddict
      @GolfBallAddict  Před rokem +2

      For sure. The softer feel makes the ball stop way before I'm used to. Sometimes there is no release at all. Hard to gage

  • @sscully67

    This is the ball Fred Couples uses. Perhaps that’s why BS invested more into making it better than its counterparts.

    • @GolfBallAddict

      I'm sure. I wish they would spend as much time on the E12.

    The Tour XS is even better! Best golf ball I’ve ever played, and I switched from ProV1s this year with the price hike!

    • @GolfBallAddict
      @GolfBallAddict  Před rokem +1

      If you've got a faster swing then yes it will work fantastic. Bridgestone does a great ball for different swing speeds

    • @dmkfactor1721
      @dmkfactor1721 Před rokem

      @@GolfBallAddict I don’t have a fast swing speed. The ball only has an 84 compression rating. It’s not a ProV1x! Plus, that’s a COMPLETE myth as far as swing speed and compression! There are slower swing players that need more spin to launch the ball and will get better distance! The only time it holds true is for a tour pro playing 30 compression ladies balls!

      I respect your opinion but I definitely disagree with it. A lot of people tell me they "love" a golf ball, then when I hook the simulator up and show them the differences they are pretty quick to switch.

    in reality its a low spin ball in robot testing its the lowest spin ball for 100 mph swing speeds
