Turbo Hilux/Tacoma - Is Bon Ami the miracle cure for bad blow by?

I dont think bon ami is going to cure a worn out cylinder. in such a case there is blow by because clearaces are to large. bon ami as a mild abriasive is only going to increase your clearances (if only slightly). I believe if you had an newer engine where the rings had not seated from installation then adding a slight amount of properly distributed abrisive like bon ami could aid in ring seating and reduce blow by.
