I'm going to start incorporating the 20-minute rule for chores/tasks as I struggle at times to get things done as I should. I'm glad that you also recognized God's call for us to rest and being intentional in spending quality time with Him. Absolutely loved this video ❤ I just started buying fresh flowers and yes they’re beautiful and the smell is just refreshing especially when your home is clean and you just sit and unwind and relax. Tips: I buy this small pink and green bottle of Miracle-Gro Orchid ready to use mist plant food from Home Depot and it works great it keeps the flowers beautiful and living a little longer I believe my flowers lasted just about two weeks+ and the mist makes the flowers smell even better. And as for the teas yes you need a good detox tea girl, I get past the taste by adding a peppermint stick. It’s something about the peppermint that just add just enough sweet and clam down the bitter taste. But anyway Im off to buy the glass milk jar you have lol 😂

Gurl! I've also never understood the concept of Sunday resets. How do you walk into a week in all that exhaustion?? Personally I prefer doing simple tasks everyday and not be overwhelmed during the weekend. Sundays are especially for rest. Glad I stumbled upon your channel 😊

I have a little too for you guys. Use a body oil immediately after showering. Don’t dry yourself just use the oil on your wet skin. I promise you, your skin will feel moisturized and you don’t even use much lotion.
