The Hay Dolly Works! Had to put the hay dolly into service sooner than I had hoped. Come join me as I unload one truck to get the hay dolly down the path, tell the story as to why I had to use it now, why there is a prairie grass hay shortage in my part of Oklahoma, and try out the new to me, hay dolly!

Yes Ma'am! Thanks for stopping by Lady B!
Some good looking bales ya had on the truck! To bad they are not going to be growing veggies. LOL Looks like your repair job worked out great! Thanks for the tour and hope you folks have a great weekend!
Straw garden is for sure in our plans after seeing you do yours. Repair worked ok, found a couple things need to tweak, but for sure got the job the done. Appreciate ya stopping by. Hope you'all have great weekend too!
Unloading those square bales like a boss!!!
Glad I don't have to do that every day for sure. Thanks for stopping by.
Stoney Creek Heritage Farm I bet so!
I never seen hay like that. Here in the Caribbean the weather is going crazy too. After 8 months that we went through the hurricane Maria well we are getting prepare for hurricanes again. That looks like hard work. Great video.
I thought tornadoes were bad, glad we don't have hurricanes! Be safe down there! Thanks for stopping by and watching, appreciate ya!
cool piece of equipment!
Thank you!
You know Bill, maybe you should look at getting yourself a square baler. I picked mine up at a farm auction $25. It only took me about an hour to get the knotters working on it properly. Even if that little tractor doesn't have a PTO all it takes is a 16 horsepower snowblower engine to power a square baler.
I'll look into it for sure. My tractor is a 24hp, does have a PTO and a Class 1, 3 point hitch. If I could find one of those for cheap that would be good. Thanks for the idea. Appreciate ya stopping by!
Well that's neat!
Thanks! Appreciate ya stopping by!
Nice! 👍
Thanks! Always doing something. Appreciate ya!
You gonna look like Popeye if you keep cranking on that thing... LOL
I am what I am, nuck, nuck, nuck ,nuck...in my best Popeye impression, lol! Glad I don't have to do that very often. Thanks for stopping by.
Does the job.
Yes Sir. Thanks for stopping by and watching
You should use a battery drill to crank that thing up and down.Theirs a video of a kid that made a "drill skateboard" check it out will make you smile.😊 👍
I'll look into for sure, bet that kid zoomed. Appreciate ya watching!
I second on the battery drill or invest in a case of ben gay haha. Larry
Hahahaha! My sore is still sore, that battery drill looks better all the time. Thanks for stopping by Larry.
......Did you change the cables like you were going to?????
Nope, it is for sure on my list of things I need to modify before next go around. Going through this run with real bales to know how it would react to that weight, learned a couple things things that need to tweak to make it better for next time. Appreciate ya stopping by!
Im heading to check that vid out. Got a little engeneering in ya huh. Work smarter not harder.
Hope you like watching it too. I've been known to do a little engineering, almost have to when living in the boonies. Working smarter is my goal, it doesn't always happen, but live and learn to try to do better the next time. Appreciate ya stopping by and watching, thanks!
