no their whole point is that you shouldn't have to know the books for it to make sense. This usually applies when something is explained in the books but not the movies, so it doesn't make sense if you only see the movie. Here they used the books as references, but the problem is still with the movie

I want 2 sequels immediately. There were pretty cool villains from TMNT that could cause problems and work well in the batman universe, maybe reverse locations, thus more Splinter, April, and Casey.
WB, and Paramount/Nickelodeon have stated that they will consider doing Batman vs. TMNT 2 in the future if this one did well. And since this one did well WB, Paramount/Nickelodeon where is Batman vs. TMNT 2, we want to see the Batfamily team up with the team along with Splinter, April, and Casey to take down Joker-Shredder, the Foot, and various other Batman villains.

12:30 There's a number of details on his suit, and the fact that he's *particularly* short, clearly signifies that this is Damien Wayne, not to mention his personality, and even if you didn't follow that the fact that he called him father should in and of itself reveal that he's Damien because he is the only Robin that's actually biologically related to Bruce
And for the general audiences part (which actually includes myself), its not that hard to simply conclude "Oh, so hete he us Batman's son. OK", with some also probably thinking "Wonder who's the mother, but that's clearly something for another story".

Actually Ivy makes the most sense, she was already part plant, mutant thing. Mutigen tends to either turn people and animals into furries, or to amplify previous ones mutations.

Actually, in the earliest Batman stories, you'd see him do mission prep. He'd think through what he's most likely to need on the belt.
The later you go, though, yea; the more you'd think his belt dispenses his drink order.

You missed a sin when Alfred dragged Mikey into the batcave by his mask, and he was wincing like he was being dragged by the ear. I'm pretty sure those masks aren't a part of their body with nerves.
Agreed, and would have been more effective if wincing due to the sensitivity turtles noses are and have, therefore illuminating the painful use of pulling said colorful mask band.
See the thing about Cinemasins is they don't sin stuff that is actually sin worthy. If they did so their videos would be like 3 minutes long.
Also why didn’t the mask come off while Alfred was dragging him, I literally doubt it would’ve stayed on in real life
Given how tightly they're tied to the head, i'm guessing the pain is from the mask being pulled against his eyes.

I like it. Would have removed a sin for the hilarity that was ivy being extremely powerful and scary looking but being unable to move or reach our protagonists
The only sin is the fact nobody asked for this movie. But we don't deserve to see it either. Its damn amazing

I always liked the 2012 TMNT series explanation for what animals people turn into. It mostly had to do with which specimen they had contact with before mutating with.
Turtles were held by a human, Splinter got touched by a rat, etc. etc.
I'm pretty sure that's how it worked in the original cartoon, too. But that almost makes it worse, because how would the henchmen and Arkham inmates all turn into wild animals, instead of things like pets and bugs? Did they all take a field trip to the zoo first? And how did the dinosaur happen at all? Does touching a fossil in a museum count? But regardless, it was still a fun movie!
The reason why the villains transformed into animals related to their villain persona is because that’s animals they have been most around, makes since since Harley has two hyenas and that scarecrow must have made a lot of contact with crows

This is one of my fav animated superhero movie. Solid hand-to-hand combat, really funny moments and the turtles' light touch counteract the serious tone of batman. DC animated universe is really solid
The plot is too weak for me to agree. Romano has put out way better hits. That says this movie is indeed amazing lol

Me who's a big batman and ninja turtle fan: nothing this movie was amazing........ So many Easter eggs and references from their shows, movies, and comics...... And the movie matched the personalities of all the characters while also being light hearted and dark at the same time....... This movie is literally a perfect example of how to do a crossover movie
The first thing I noticed was that Krangg was working for Penguin.

They get plenty of moments in the movie

Mikey tearing out cables from the machine, while Donatello dangles from it with his 1 good arm, doesn't really count as cool, either. this movie just felt like a testament to how much tougher and mature Gotham is, vs how juvenile, laughable, and cheap the turtles are

I never got around to the movie, but I loved the comic. I remember in the first series Alfred confiscated Mikey’s skateboard for skating in the house. This brought me a lot of joy.

You do know that cloud seeding is an actual thing right? Its were people would fly above the clouds and drop crystals in the clouds to either control how much or what kind of precipitation falls from the clouds and in that sense the name cloud seeder actually makes sense.

The mutigen in this movie works similarly how it works in most tmnt stories. Mutants are basically furries turned into their fursons. It still is 100% a sin, but I just wanted to point this out.

You know what I like is that in this movie the turtles are from the same reality unlike in the comics and they weren’t dying.

I work at a pizza place, 26 pizzas will last us about 10-20 minutes, if we’re lucky. The real sin isn’t that they have that many pizzas but the fact that they haven’t immediately sold every single one and the fact that if they are all for one single order, the employee doesn’t look nearly suicidal enough to make sense for someone who’s just put together 26 pizzas and whatever else was sold in the meantime

Just because one is animated and the other isn’t doesn’t make one “adult” and the other for kids. They are both fan service movies, but let’s not be delusional here, whether it was because of the medium of animation or the writing and the plot, Batman v TMNT was executed a whole lot better than BvS.

I found it enjoyable to watch for anyone who was thinking of doing so. I know cinemasins doesnt post these videos as an intent to truly say something is bad but just for any viewers who dont know him you should watch the movie if you like the old school cartoons.
